The Overmarine Group has announced the launch of two Mangusta yachts in just over a week. The first of the two hulls to hit the water was the second hull of the 33-metre Mangusta Gransport 33 series, which was sold last year to her American owner. The vessel features 4 Volvo Penta D13 735kW engines, which will power her to a top speed of 25 knots. The first hull of the Gransport 33 model debuted at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show in 2020, and was designed by Alberto Mancini. Some standout features include a 40 square-metre master stateroom on the yacht’s main deck, which leads directly to her saloon. The sundeck has considerable space for sunbathing and also includes a Jacuzzi alongside a series of loungers. The second vessel launched this week by the builder was the Maxi Open line flagship, the 14th unit of the Mangusta 165 series, and the fifth vessel of their E series. The European owner of this 49.9-metre motor yacht was heavily involved in the finalisation of her aesthetic elements, who intends to cruise her extensively.
The Mangusta 165E can reach maximum speeds of 37 knots.
