BerthforYacht.com has recently listed two superyacht berths for sale in Italy and the south of France; Porto Mirabello and Port La Napoule.
The first berth for sale is a 65 metre berth located in Porto Mirabello, La Spezia. Accommodating yachts up to 65 metres in length with a beam of 13 metres and a draft of 8 metres, she is listed at an asking price of €4,900,000. Included in the price are two parking spaces in front of the berth, as well as the option of purchasing a 30m2 storage box for €100,000. Annual expenses are estimated at €22,500 per year VAT included, and the berth is available until 1st September 2067.
In the Port La Napoule in the city of Mandelieu-La-Napoule a 50 metre berth is available. End of the lease will be the 31st December 2024 (extension excepted). The space can accommodate a yacht with a length of up to 55 metres, a beam of 9.8 metres and a draft of approximately 5 metres. Listed at an asking price of €2,950,000, the owner’s also welcome offers, and estimate the annual expenses at €20,000 VAT included. The end of the lease will be 31st December 2024. The marina is located just 45 minutes from Nice airport, as well as one of the oldest golf courses along the French Riviera.
