Ray White Marine sells two sub 30m Warren Yachts' in a package deal

Ray White Marine has announced the sale of two iconic Warren Yachts in a package deal with broker Brock Rodwell representing both the buyer and seller. Both the 28.1-metre yacht Aqa and the 26.37-metre yacht Privacy are proven charter yachts with a history of successful outings in Australia and beyond.The Warren motor yacht Aqa was delivered in 1996 from Australia as part of the Warren 92 Flybridge series and has recently completed a one million Australian dollar refit, leaving her in turn-key condition. The yacht Aqa is able to accommodate up to six guests for overnight stays with a day charter capacity of 68 guests. She features exterior design by Lexcen Lowe Yacht Design, with naval architecture by Bernie Cohen Design. Her enormous saloon is perfect for entertaining with a superb bar and a semi-enclosed flybridge to suit the highest level of clientele.Performance-wise, Aqa is powered by twin Detroit Diesel engines which give her a cruising speed of 20 knots and a top speed of 23 knots.The sport yacht Privacy was delivered in 2010 and features interior and exterior design by Peter Lowe Design with naval architecture by Anthony Starr Design. Privacy was refitted in 2020, and presents as a timeless sleek shadow on water flaunting a blacked out exterior with a modern interior décor.Privacy is able to accommodate up to eight guests for overnight stays and 36 guests for a day charter. She showcases vast entertaining space with a spacious saloon and open plan bar as well as spacious upper and lower decks.Privacy boasts twin MTU engines that provide her with an impressive top speed of 34 knots and a cruising speed of 27 knots.Both vessels are fully booked for the summer charter season in Australia and have a strong forward order books for early 2023. At the time of their sale, Privacy was asking $3,750,000 and Aqa had an asking price of $2,990,000.
