(Company)">U-Boat Worx</a> has revealed the interior renderings for the 37.5-metre yacht submarine Nautilus. First unveiled at the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Event/122" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Monaco Yacht Show - 2022">Monaco Yacht Show 2022</a>, the 1,250-ton vessel will be able to function as a yacht or a submarine and will have a range of facilities onboard.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/265888/image/large-9678c76a828f6d820d0a09f870db55f5.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/265888">Nautilus uses a blend of technology and luxury, with a key focus on comfort. (Company)">Baglietto</a> has launched the first unit in its 60-metre T60 series at its shipyard in La Spezia, marking the largest superyacht ever built by the Italian yard. (Company)">Baglietto</a> T52 platform, combining a revised exterior profile with a layout optimising &nbsp;the connection between the yacht’s interior and exterior spaces.Her exterior, characterised by soft lines and lighter-looking side structures integrated into the overhangs, is further defined by a continuous black glass band that incorporates the portholes, a feature seen across several of the yard’s recent projects.A key aspect of the yacht’s layout is the effort to create a closer relationship between the interior and exterior spaces. Full-height glazing in the main saloon and upper deck can be opened almost entirely, allowing these areas to connect more directly with the sea and their surroundings. This gives the principal living spaces greater flexibility throughout the day, shifting from open-plan daytime areas to more private settings in the evening.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/389089/image/large-db92c3a864575390853da4b6bf32105f.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/389089">The beach club, main saloon and dining area have been configured as a connected, multi-level space focused on waterside living. The beach club spans around 60 square-metres and includes a pool, bar, lounge area and gym. It connects to the main saloon via an open staircase, while the adjoining dining space features a glass wall that can be opened fully, extending the overall living area at the stern.One of the yacht’s more distinctive features is the arrangement of the upper deck, which has been reserved entirely for the owner. This private deck includes the owner’s suite, office, dressing area and bathroom, as well as direct access to an outdoor pool forward. Aft, a lounge and dining area open onto the exterior through retractable glass doors, with a Jacuzzi and sunpad area completing the deck.Guest accommodation comprises four guest suites on the main deck, including two VIP suites, while a fifth guest suite is located on the lower deck. The lower deck also houses a massage room, the main galley and crew quarters, with accommodation for up to 13 crew across seven cabins. Technical and service areas are located on the under-lower deck, including storage spaces, a wine cellar, luggage storage and refrigerated rooms.The wheelhouse is positioned on the sun deck, alongside the captain’s cabin, an additional dining area and exterior lounging spaces forward and aft. Powered by twin <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1408" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Caterpillar Inc (Company)">Caterpillar</a> engines, she has a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 16 knots. Delivery is scheduled for later this year.

The sale follows only three days behind the sale of the eighth 52-metre T52 superyacht marking a fantastic end to the year for the Italian shipyard. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/243402/image/large-9828cf44c97d08747e3c8ada87c2e1ca.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/243402">The T60 superyacht was first introduced as a concept at the Monaco Yacht Show in October. She spans three decks and falls just shy of the 500 GT mark. The series features a three-level beach club that’s home to a hydraulically-operated pool. (Company)">Baglietto</a> revealed its 60-metre flagship superyacht T60 at the <a href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Monaco Yacht Show - 2022">2022 Monaco Yacht Show</a>. The Italy-based shipyard announced that it will begin construction on speculation of the new motor yacht next year.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/243402/image/large-9828cf44c97d08747e3c8ada87c2e1ca.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/243402">The T60 yacht marks the evolution from <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/375" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Baglietto S.p.A. (Company)">Baglietto</a>’s traditional Seagull line and features lines penned by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/586" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Francesco Paszkowski (Company)">Francesco Paszkowski Design</a>. Her exterior draws inspiration from the shipyard’s incredibly successful T52 yacht, which has already secured six orders before the first hull has even been launched.The T60 superyacht is characterised by the soft exterior lines of her predecessor with a sleeker design, thanks to the lighter side buttresses that almost seem to be ‘hanging’ on the water. Her modern and contemporary design also sees a black glass stripe incorporating the portholes, creating a streamlined profile.The new design throws convention out the window when it comes to her interior layout. According to the shipyard “the floor-to-ceiling windows of both the main saloon and the upper deck open up completely and, once fully concealed, create new, ever-changing environments that harmonise with the surrounding landscape.”<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/243404/image/large-20c49cd65adcc4cd77a71f48adf18302.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/243404">The yacht T60 has an open plan saloon and dining area to create one single free-flowing space. She boasts a 60 square-metre beach lounge, which features a swimming pool, a bar and a lounge that leads to the main saloon via an elegant staircase.Guests are accommodated onboard the T60 yacht across five staterooms with the owner’s suite located on the main deck. The master stateroom features an ensuite night area, a private lounge and a fixed balcony that can be enjoyed even while she is cruising. <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/375" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Baglietto S.p.A. (Company)">Baglietto</a> is also able to provide an alternative configuration with the entire upper deck transformed into the owner's deck, if desired.&nbsp;On the lower deck there are four staterooms: two VIPs and two guest staterooms. She also has a forward lounge area, a huge aft deck that is perfect for entertaining. Her tender garage is able to house two Jet Skis, a 23-foot tender and a rescue tender.The T60 is equipped with two <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1408" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Caterpillar Inc (Company)">CAT</a> C32 ACERT engines that will push her to a maximum speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots and is pre-fitted for hybrid propulsion, available upon request.The T60 yacht is scheduled for launch at the end of 2025.

The Dutch builder <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1535" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="U-Boat Worx B.V. (Company)">U-Boat Worx</a> has unveiled the renderings for a new 37.5-metre yacht submarine Nautilus. The 1,250-ton vessel will be able to function as a yacht or a submarine and will have a range of facilities onboard.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/243308/image/large-d2b14c689cf0e7b653820c5440890ed6.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/243308">The diesel-electric Nautilus has a depth rating of 200 metres, with a surface cruise speed of 9 knots and an underwater speed of 4 knots. Once ordered, an owner can expect to have their Nautilus delivered within 30 months.&nbsp;Nautilus offers plenty of deck space with a spacious sun deck equipped with a freshwater pool, a bar, and an alfresco dining table. The proposed design for Nautilus has a master bedroom and four staterooms, as well as sleeping quarters for up to six crew, but the interior layouts are fully customisable for the client.Nautilus stores a pressure-resistant electrical tender, the Aronnax, under the aft deck and will stay outside while diving.
