United States Yacht Shows has announced the 26th annual Bay Bridge Boat Show on Kent Island, April 24 – 27 (at the foot of the Bay Bridge). This is the largest in-water boat show north of Palm Beach and will feature over 500 new and brokerage boats and over 150 boating equipment and accessory vendors.
“This show should provide an incredible opportunity to purchase new or brokerage boats from inflatables to large motor yachts. Dealers have large inventories and will offer great deals to the buyer” according to Susan Zellers, Executive Director of Marine Trades Association of Maryland.
New to the show this year are exhibits that highlight the growing green movement in the boating community, an obvious sign of progress in the technology. A tent, sponsored by The Fireman’s Fund, will showcase products and information on green initiatives helping to restore and preserve the Chesapeake Bay. The show offers something for the whole family. For example, Wish-A-Fish will sponsor fishing clinics for children and seminars, sponsored by Chesapeake Bay Magazine, will offer a wide range of topics to be enjoyed by all. Children six and under are admitted free.
