Update on Feadship's latest launch, Go

Feadship has launched the third yacht in the exclusive and pioneering SL39 modular concept. Go was christened at the Koninklijke De Vries Scheepsbouw yard in Aalsmeer (NL) in March. She will be ready for delivery in April, well in time for a new owner to take the helm and embark on a maiden season to remember.

Like the other two SL39s, Ocean Mercury (launched in 2008) and Kathleen Anne (2009), Go is every inch a custom superyacht above the waterline.

Her archetypal Feadship exterior profile has been designed by De Voogt Naval Architects.

The modern interior comes from FPA Architects, the winner of the five Dutch top designers, which Feadship had challenged to design the interior for the mk3.

The sophisticated interior style draws on a variety of colors, textures and fabrics, with the large master stateroom epitomizing the calm and peaceful atmosphere that pervades every area of the yacht.

Flexibility is a major hallmark of Go’s smart layout, with the option to transform two of the four guest suites into full-width VIP staterooms complete with its own lounge.

The designers of Go have taken the way today’s owners enjoy cruising as their template. This has resulted in a yacht that is characterized by her bright spaces, wide relaxation areas, and a variety of places to make the most of an ‘outdoor-in’ lifestyle.

At the same time, the facilities for more formal gatherings are also in place, including a lovely dining room area. Go is a full displacement world cruiser with a steel hull, aluminium superstructure and a top speed of 14 knots.
