V for Explorer starts construction on 30m Victorious

 V for Explorer Luxury Yachts, the new division of Turkish charter company V for Blue Exclusive Yacht Charter company, has begun construction on its first superyacht, the 30-metre Victorious.  Victorius 30M exterior design Photo: V For Explorer YachtsFollowing her keel being laid this July, construction on the explorer-style motor yacht began at yard’s facility in Istanbul, Turkey. Designed with long range in mind, the displacement yacht consists of a steel hull with an aluminium superstructure. Featuring exteriors and interiors designed by V for Explorer Luxury Yachts, the new motor yacht will include “massive interior volume” for her size, according to the yard.  Victorius 30M interior designPhoto: V For Explorer YachtsHer customised interiors, made using an array of marble and wood selected by the owner, will be complemented by a contemporary decor. Oversize saloon windows offer guests clear views of the sea, matching her high ceilings and expansive living spaces. The galley, located on the main deck, will be custom made by Italian kitchen design.  Victorius 30M exterior design Photo: V For Explorer YachtsVictorious will be able to accommodate up to 12 guests in six staterooms, including the owner’s stateroom on the main deck, a VIP cabin on the bridge deck as well as two double and two twin cabins on the lower deck. In addition, she features three crew cabins, with space for five crew members. She will be powered by twin D2676 diesel engines, giving her a maximum speed of 14 knots and a range of 5000 nm at a cruising speed of ten knots. Victorious is due for delivery in September 2019.
