There is a new name in the yachting industry; Vantage. A new name, but one backed by a tremendous heritage and pedigree. Vantage is the suite of services provided to the super yacht industry by Döhle Private Clients Limited, which is part of one of the world’s largest shipping companies, employing over 3,500 seafarers on over 300 vessels.
Döhle Yachts was founded in 2003 by Robert Tobin and made it its mission to become a trusted partner supporting all those involved in the large yacht industry, including owners and their representatives, Captains, management companies, brokers, lawyers and family offices. The objective being to alleviate them of time consuming administration, enabling the yacht to be managed to the best, most profitable and pleasurable effect.
Speaking on the launch of the new name and identity Director Robert Tobin said: “I believe that we have succeeded in our mission as we now support over fifty large yachts, having grown in seven years at a pace that is both steady and manageable, ensuring a seamless quality of service.
“In addition, our compliance, technical and administrative personnel have received considerable praise, not only from those involved with the day-to-day owning and running of yachts, but also from Flag and Port State Control Offices and client representatives.
“Since Döhle Private Clients Limited was founded we have considerably expanded our service offering to the large yacht and affiliated industries. As a consequence, we decided to “re-engineer” part of our identity to reflect and complement this expansion, but retaining our heritage, resources and service for which we have become renowned, and so Vantage came into being.”
