From March 31st to April 2nd Coppino Street and the inner basins of Viareggio will host YARE – Yachting After sales &amp; Refit Exhibition, the first international boat show committed to all the services following the purchase of a yacht. During three days Viareggio will be a hub of the boating industry, thanks to this event aimed to all the industry operators, from builders to brokerage agencies, from designers to suppliers, from registers to marinas. YARE is the result of a joint-venture between Viareggio Community with Lucca Province, Trade Chamber, Lucca Industry Association, Handicraft Association and with the support of Tuscany Region. The “After Sales” services can be a good way of sustaining the sector and yacht refitting can become a new “core business” for many Tuscan shipyards. To internationally support YARE, the exhibition established a co-operation with the British publishing company The Yacht Report Group, which is organising the second edition of the Italian Superyacht Forum jointly with YARE. In actual fact, the average length of the current in-build yachts in Turkey is 49 meters, with many of these yachts being motor yachts and motor-sailors as well as gulets.
