Vicem adds yacht broker for U.S. West Coast

Vicem Yachts, Turkish builders of luxury classic motor yachts, sport fishers and now megayachts, has announced the addition of Brad Pantoskey to its U. S. sales and brokerage team. Pantoskey, who is based in Newport Beach, California, will spearhead the brand’s introduction to California yachting enthusiasts and manage West Coast sales operations through Vicem of California.

“The timeless design and seaworthiness of Vicem’s classic models are traits we knew would intrinsically appeal to the sophisticated California yachtsman,” said Dirk Boehmer, president of Vicem Yachts, Inc. “We have been looking for the right opportunity and person to introduce our brand to this market. And we have found both in Brad, whose expertise in cultivating successful brokerage business and relationships on the West Coast will be an asset to Vicem’s overall growth.”

Pantoskey is the latest broker to join Vicem’s fast-growing U. S. brokerage network, which has expanded by eight representatives since the start of the year. The development of its brokerage network is a strategic key element to advance the company’s aggressive sales and marketing objectives in select target yachting markets.

In 2001, Pantoskey founded Pedigree Marine of Newport Beach, Calif., where he established strategic resale partnerships with luxury yacht companies including Chris Craft Boats, Uniesse Marine and Sealine. Under his leadership, Pedigree Marine was the largest Chris Craft dealership worldwide for two years running.

For Vicem of California, Pantoskey will specialize in sales of new Vicems as well as select high-end brokerage models. “With its year-round boating season and abundance of connoisseur yachtsmen, California represents a tremendous opportunity to extend the Vicem brand to the West Coast,” said Pantoskey. “I am excited to join the Vicem team and look forward to presenting Vicem as the product of choice for my clients.”

Pantoskey holds a degree in political science and business administration from San Diego State University.
