With the announcement of Fraser Yachts yesterday that two new brokers have joined their sales team, news also comes in that Vripack Yacht brokerage will cease to operate as a brokerage company. Vripack's only broker, Maarten Ten Holter has joined the Monaco team of Fraser Yachts, and Trevor Carroll has joined the Fort Lauderdale team.
A certified broker in the Netherlands from 1992, from the years of 1987-1998 Maarten Ten Holter worked for De Valk Yacht brokerage. He then went on to set up Vripack Yacht brokerage in 1999. Vripack Yacht brokerage will now close its doors.
Maarten comments, “I was to serve my existing and future clients at the highest possible level, regardless of whether it concerns buying, selling, building, charter, management or crewing. To be part of a team like Fraser Yachts, sharing knowledge and experience, will allow me to offer an even better service to those clients.”
Trevor Caroll has spent the past 11 years building his career as a successful sales broker at Atlantic Yacht and Shop. He states, “I’m excited about my move to Fraser Yachts. I want to be able to deliver a level of service to my customers that Fraser Yachts and its many divisions will be able to offer for years to come.”
Chairman of Fraser Yachts, Roberto Giorgi, comments on the team’s expansion, saying, “Much of our success comes as a result of our expertise, teamwork, scope and internationalism. We know both Maarted and Trevor well and feel they fit in with the Fraser Yachts team and ethos. This was a natural choice.”
