The 39.62-metre motor yacht Rebellious sold in Florida after only 48 days on the market. The yacht was built by the American shipyard Westport in 2006 and her sale was concluded by Northrop and Johnson yacht broker Whit Kirtland who represented the seller, while the buyer was brought by Pam Barlow of Luke Brown Yachts. Rebellious is the 16th hull of the Westport 130 series and features exterior design by Westport Yachts, with naval architecture by William Garden. The yacht recently under went a series of upgrades and has been regularly maintained, leaving her in good condition for her new owner.The motor yacht has a shallow draft, ideal for cruising in the shallow waters of the Bahamas. Her interior has been recently refreshed and is complete in light fabrics and warm cherry woods. The main saloon features a games table and there is a single person elevator which gives quick and easy access to the skylounge.The yacht can accommodate as many as 10 guests between five staterooms, including a large owners suite with his and hers bathrooms as well as an office. There are also two double staterooms and two twins.She has a 20 knot cruising speed and a 24 knot top speed. She had a last known asking price of $8,900,000.
