The first Wider 150, project Genesi, has left the yard’s main shed and has been moved to the harbour of Ancona, ahead of her launch to take place this week. Genesi is the result of two years of design and construction work by Wider Yachts and is the largest yacht built by the yard to date.
As with all Wider yachts, the new Wider 150’ comes from the drawing board of renowned designer Fulvio de Simoni. She offers a wide range of facilities and amenities for guests, as well as particularly generous living spaces. One of the main aspects in the design was to reduce fuel consumption through better propulsive efficiency, and she will boast a range of approximately 4,200 nm at 11 knots.
Stay tuned as we will follow the launch as it unfolds later this week.
