These bulwarks not only improve vision for the bridge wing stations up &nbsp;top, but also make for an extended deck area around the owner’s suite, which is positioned forward on the upper deck.&nbsp;The yacht's provisional general arrangement also displays a guest Sky Lounge aft, which has the potential to be replaced by a large private owner area that occupies the entire upper deck, complete with large aft deck and forward cockpit lounge.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/330014/image/large-ccae68c8ce3d8ae57592a82bf6a8814f.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/330014">Meanwhile, this arrangement sees a lower deck primarily dedicated to the crew and crew cabins, main galley, and technical aspects of the vessel. On the main deck forward, six guest double staterooms with elevated sea views can be found.Moving to the main deck aft, guests are welcomed by a saloon and dining area that lead to a multi-zone aft deck with a bar, opportunities for alfresco dining, and an aft lounge area. The top deck is home to the wheelhouse and the captain’s cabin as well as an aft sundeck &nbsp;area. Designed in dark tones like anthracite grey or black, the yacht exudes sophistication and strength. 60m superyacht Rock.It in Croatia

The 60m superyacht Rock.It, built by Feadship in 2014, is seen anchored here in Primosten, Croatia. 

Semar (Serveis Marítims Port Eivissa) has teamed up with <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6623" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ocibar (Company)">Ocibar</a> to renovate the yacht facility formerly known as La Marina de Valencia, converting it into Marina Port Valencia.&nbsp;Located in the northern part of the Port of Valencia, this project is being facilitated by two groups that specialise in benchmark yachting projects in the Mediterranean. The companies’ right to operate and manage the concession was signed earlier this week on 1 October. They will now develop and operate the project submitted to Valencia Port Authority for a minimum period of 35 years.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/331229/image/large-4e1695846313bf69f20dab3003726572.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/331229">The project includes three separate marinas - Marina Norte, Marina Sur and Marina City - and will renovate the entire site, breathing new life into it. The new Marina Valencia licence-holder is set to restore the “previous life and spirit” of the area, which once hosted the America’s cup, according to IPM Group.The renovation will see the facility be separated into four individual areas the first of which will consist of three marinas in the centre of the city for yachts between eight and 130-metres in length. The second section will comprise the construction of a refit and repair yard housing specialist companies.&nbsp;Moreover, the third section will include a leisure, dining, and entertainment area that merges with the locale, ensuring the marina is a popular venue for local, national, and international visitors. Lastly, the fourth section will feature an architecturally aesthetic area offering sea views, offices, and retail units, which will also be paired with parking spaces, bike lanes, jogging tracks, terraces, and landscaped gardens.&nbsp;“However, the project doesn’t just involve the revamp of the marina, but also includes the development of fascinating social, nautical, environmental and sporting proposals that will be rolled out as the whole project takes shape,” IPM group explains.&nbsp;

(Company)">Wider</a> has announced that building plans for its new shipyard in Fano, Italy, are on track to start up production in early 2023. The heavy foundation work for the 18,000 square-metre seafront site between Fano’s fishing port and the tourist marina is now almost complete.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/251456/image/large-1f27599368ce852a2ec81b3a326e0708.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/251456">“The new shipyard will be a real innovation centre,” said Marcello Maggi, who heads up W-Fin Sarl, the holding Company that owns 100 percent of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2504" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Wider s.r.l. (Company)">Wider</a> equity. “It’s where all our future boats, new green technologies and new ideas coming from start-uppers will come to life in full compliance with environmental issues.” <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/251454/image/large-b1925996081264b3c23884a7057e1a8a.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/251454">The new high-tech facility plans to embody <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2504" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Wider s.r.l. (Company)">Wider</a>’s vision for a new sustainable nautical world, with solar panels on the roof that are expected to make the facility virtually self-sufficient in renewable solar power. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/251458/image/large-23d02da7d32fc8d453639699e9b64bc2.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/251458">Although the final cladding materials for her outline are still being selected, the slats that cover the exterior walls will likely be of bamboo-based Wood Plastic Composite that is 100 percent recyclable, resistant to humidity and UV light, and does not deform or discolour over time.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/251453/image/large-2909fc0e39fa989437010bea647b97b0.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/251453">Marcello Maggi was keen that local firms should benefit from the investment of the Fano shipyard in the area. He chose the crisp contemporary design of local architects Alessandro Massari and Mauro Cavicchi of the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1156" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Massari Design S.r.l. (Company)">Massari Design Architecture Studio</a> to conceive and develop its design. &nbsp;<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/251460/image/large-2896cd55f149101613f5972c0139ad8e.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/251460">“The brief was for a structure based on sustainable principles and striking design that also provided the kind of the functional efficiencies associated with modern boat building processes. “It’s not easy to design something that is beautiful but also practical from an industrial perspective,” commented Alessandro Massari.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/251461/image/large-4d66d41346cabf4fa7587f2f5b22c8eb.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/251461">The building will stand 14-metres high with its profile broken up by large glass surfaces that will flood her interior with plenty of natural light. (Company)">Wider</a> Centro Stile. The facility will be equipped with a travel lift and also includes 350 linear metres of quayside. “This new shipyard will be a pole of excellence not only for the city of Fano, but also for the Italian boatbuilding industry,” concluded Marcello Maggi.

The hulls are made of vacuum-infused fibreglass. (Company)">Wider</a> offers a hybrid propulsion performance that pushes the boundaries of progress.The hulls are fully glazed from bow to stern and the superstructure has a distinctive angled element around the upper deck. <a data-gid="gid://syiq/YachtModel/11971" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Widercat 9228.0m (91'10&quot;)">Widercat 92</a> features two generous VIP staterooms that open up onto the beach club. The 67-metre beach club has space for water toys in the bulwarks, and an 18-metre garage that opens with an electro-hydraulic system. The garage is closed at the stern, for safe cruising even in rough sea conditions. Only Permanent Magnet technology electric motors are connected to the thrusters, each providing 583kW maximum power, while energy is produced by two 390kW variable speed generators each one with twin FPT combustion engines.The entire propulsion system ensures a cruising speed of 12 knots and can reach a maximum speed of 15 knots thanks to the Electric Boost. In cruising mode, the speed is 8 knots with a range of over 1,600 nautical miles. At 6 knot speed, it can reach up to 2,400 nautical miles thanks to the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2504" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Wider s.r.l. Another option is that she can provide a 12-hour autonomy on battery power alone, without charge, when sitting at anchor. During bright, sunlit days, the large solar panels installed on <a data-gid="gid://syiq/YachtModel/11971" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Widercat 9228.0m (91'10&quot;)">Widercat 92</a> will deliver energy self-sufficiency at anchor. That’s because any unused energy is stored in the batteries and used during the night.&nbsp;The first five <a data-gid="gid://syiq/YachtModel/11971" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Widercat 9228.0m (91'10&quot;)">Widercat 92</a> units are now under construction. Launch and delivery is scheduled to start in January 2023.
