Work is already underway, on the magnificent 65 metre schooner Adix, which was hauled out at the beginning of August to begin a comprehensive 8-month refit programme. Adix is located in the second of Pendennis’ two new 90m construction halls.

Work includes new generators and main engine, as well as a redesign of the yacht's deck house, which will be moved further forward combined with a seating area to provide better interaction with the Owner's accommodation.

The J-Class Lionheart also arrived earlier this month for her five-year survey work programme following which she will be competing in the J-Class Regatta taking place from the 23rd-27th June 2015 in Falmouth.

Pendennis will also welcome a 56 metre motor yacht, which will be positioned in the inner dock.
