High-speed 31m Leopard yacht Alisios sold
After 369 days on the market, the 30.89-metre yacht Alisios has been sold. With a last known asking price of $2,750,000, the sale was closed with Denison yacht broker Justin Onofrietti representing the buyer and Jose Arana from 1 Ocean Yachts representing the seller.Currently located in Fort Lauderdale, Alisios was built by Leopard in 2008 and features both a naval and exterior design by Andrea Bacigalupo. The 150 GT yacht is a part of the Leopard 31 series and can accommodate nine guests across four cabins.
The yacht underwent a refit in 2016 and her interior now showcases an all-new decor and custom AV system. Suites include a full-beam master stateroom, VIP cabin, and double and twin cabin and all feature an en-suite and a private safe. The main saloon has a retractable roof and large windows to let natural light flood the space. Hydraulic glass doors lead to the aft deck, which features a dining table with settee and chairs, a large sun pad, and access to the beach club.
Triple MTU 1,800 hp engines allow fast cruising speeds with a shallow draft. She has a maximum speed of 42.7 knots and a cruising speed of 37 knots.
