Since being <a href="https://www.superyachttimes.com/yacht-news/benetti-motor-yacht-bacchanal-delivered" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="">handed over to her Mexican owner</a> in time for Christmas last year, the 46.95-metre motor yacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/6387" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Bacchanal46.95m (154'0&quot;)Benetti SpA2019">Bacchanal</a>&nbsp;has been busy cruising through Caribbean and Mediterranean waters. In doing so, she has been showing off her understated exterior lines by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/212" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Benetti SpA (Company)">Benetti</a> with only a fleeting glance at the interiors of Mauricio Gómez de Tuddo and the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/212" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Benetti SpA (Company)">Benetti</a> Interior Style Department. Curious to see more, SuperYacht Times was granted a closer look at what the design team put together for <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/6387" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Bacchanal46.95m (154'0&quot;)Benetti SpA2019">Bacchanal</a>'s owner and his large family. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/172353/image/large-8a35ceefd5155048596f7052cc405c35.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/172353"><img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/172371/image/large-b8af1c4d6859cb8db16f2fde87dce68a.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/172371">The owner, a repeat client of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/212" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Benetti SpA (Company)">Benetti</a> after building a Benetti Classic 115 in 2015, came back to the shipyard for another family-friendly superyacht project. With a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure housing four decks, the uniform interior style of each deck was made with no boundaries between the indoor and outdoor spaces, as per the request of the owner.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/172352/image/large-ef886ecafbd669b0f49db4ff8e0eda3e.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/172352"><img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/172359/image/large-9a7eb3b1955d52051fcbfcba1c11b5c2.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/172359"><img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/172358/image/large-0f0659cbf799b4017939ba0e41324421.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/172358">The interior style has a notable modern Italian flair and a continuation of luxury materials throughout. The choice of teak decking outside is reflected in the fine wengé parquet in the main lounge, the owner’s bathroom, the captain’s cabin and the skylounge. Her safety equipment on board includes a 3D sonar system to identify objects or obstacles in the surrounding sea.

The first is a semi-open space of 320 square-meters on the main deck, with opening terraces, extendable to 400 square-meters, and with a gym and beach club aft. Amarix Group acquires Yachtelec

The ship repair and maintenance group Amarix has acquired French electrical and electromechanical services company YACHTELEC.
