IYC sells 29m Sanlorenzo SL94 yacht Casa

The 28.6-metre yacht Casa has been sold in an in-house deal, thanks to IYC brokers Costas Dimopoulos and Filip Jerolimov. Built in 2012 by Sanlorenzo and joining the Italian shipyard's range of SL94 models, Casa is the design work of Francesco Paszkowski. Having recently completed her five-year survey in 2019, Casa has been sold after eight months on the market in excellent condition.Casa yacht exteriorPhoto: IYCHer interior layout is able to accommodate up to eight guests in four staterooms, including a large master suite, forward VIP suite and two twins that all feature underfloor heating, entertainment systems and ensuite bathrooms. Guests can also make use of the toy store, which includes an Avon 430 DL tender, Jetski and Sea bob. At the time of sale, Casa had a last asking price of €3,790,000.
