Solaris launch largest sailing yacht to date: 34m Cefea
The largest Solaris sailing yacht to date has been launched. The 33.77-metre yacht Cefea is now heading off on sea trials to the Golfe de Sant-Tropez to test out her capabilities as a luxury cruiser-racer. Photo: Solaris Yachts
Photo: Solaris YachtsDesigned by both MYT Group and Solaris Yachts with naval architecture by Soto Acebal, Cefea was built with an innovative interior layout, a 22-ton fin keel and bulb and an ultra-lightweight hull and rig. Inside, she features a full-beam master cabin with two bathrooms and direct access to the private beach. The additional three staterooms help to accommodate up to eight guests in total.

Photo: Solaris YachtsHer hull and deck are constructed from pre-preg carbon and fitted with a lifting keel suitable for world cruising at racing speeds. Southern Spars were responsible for the mast, whereas Future Fibers and Doyle worked on the rig and sails respectively.
