50m Codecasa yacht Olmida sold and renamed Elena V

The 49.91-metre Codecasa yacht Olmida has been sold and renamed Elena V after two and a half years on the market. Fraser's in-house deal was concluded with a last known asking price of €9,500,000 by Antoine X. Larricq who represented the seller and Vassilis Fotilas, representing the buyer.Olmida yacht cruisingThe 613 GT yacht was originally built in 2004 and was refitted in 2019. She features naval architecture and exteriors by her builder, Codecasa. Her interiors are the works of Della Role Design.Olmida yacht saloonElena V can accommodate up to 14 guests across six staterooms, including an owner’s suite, three double cabins, and two twin cabins. The owner’s stateroom, located on the main deck, is complete with a study, his-and-hers bathrooms, and a walk-in closet.Olmida yacht stateroomOn her sun deck, Elena V  features a fully equipped covered gym and a Jacuzzi.
