Evo Yachts has released new renders of its flagship 24-metre yacht, Evo V8, previously known as the Velar 78 concept. With the first hull currently under construction for an Italian owner, the Evo V8 is set to make her debut at the 2021 Cannes Yachting Festival.EVO V8 yacht exterior designPhoto: Evo YachtsThe Evo V8 has been designed at the intersection of a motor and sailing yacht, her designer explains: “motor yacht lovers begin their holiday when they reach their destination, either at anchor off the coast or in port, whereas sailing yacht owners start their holiday right away, as soon as they step on board. Evo V8 combines the speed of a motor yacht with the comfort and relaxation of sailing.”EVO V8 yacht exterior designPhoto: Evo YachtsEvo V8 features an exterior beach club, raised just 70cm above the water level, it allows guests to access the water almost seamlessly. Her hull sides can be opened to enjoy 180 degree views from the vessel’s platform. Forward, an outdoor lounge can be used as a daytime patio or as a private living area for the owners.EVO V8 yacht lounge areaPhoto: Evo YachtsEVO V8 yacht interior designPhoto: Evo YachtsHer interiors can be fully customised to her owner’s specifications.
