Moran Yacht & Ship represented the seller in the deal and Denison Yachting represented the buyer, which took place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.Groot was built in 2015 and features both an exterior and interior design by Fulvio de Simoni. In 2019, she had her bottom repainted, her drive serviced and new boots and hydraulic lines added. She has been maintained by a full-time captain and stew and features a SONOS sound system throughout, IPAD Crestron controls and a Pep Link Wi-Fi system. She can sleep up to eight guests taken care of by a crew of three. The just-sold motor yacht cruises at a speedy 40 knots, and she can reach up to 45 knots thanks to twin diesel 16V 2000 M93 MTU engines.
