The Monaco-based brokerage house, Yachting Partners International, has announced the successful sale of Heureka after the seller was represented by YPI’s Matt Albert.
Photo: YPI Yachting Partners InternationalThe 45-metre sailing yacht was built by Holland Jachtbouw and delivered to her original owner in 2014 and features naval architecture and exterior design from the drawing boards of Bill Dixon and his Southampton-based studio Dixon Yacht Design. Meanwhile, the stylish, contemporary interior design is the work of Rhoades Young Design.
