Having last undergone an update in 2019, 45.72-metre Ionian Princess has embarked on a total refit for a design upgrade. Originally built by Palmer Johnson Savannah in 2005, Ionian Princess headed to Fort Lauderdale on April 18, due for her 10 year ABS survey in the first two weeks of May with other works planned for various elements of her design afterwards at Roscioli Shipyard.Photo: IYCThe refit plans for motor yacht Ionian Princess entail the marble replacement on her exteriors, all new soft furnishings for her sunbathing and entertaining areas, and the replacement of all headliners throughout the yacht. Additionally, Ionian Princess is expected to come out of the refit with brand new carpeting throughout and refinished woodwork in the saloon and dining areas along with new wallpaper in every bathroom.Photo: IYCPhoto: IYCPhoto: IYC“IYC and I are proud to reintroduce Ionian Princess to the market. She is currently at Roscioli Shipyard, where she is finalizing a comprehensive refit that will undoubtedly make her a top candidate in the 40-50m market. We have a committed seller, whose priority is delivering a world-class vessel at an attractive price.” commented IYC sales consultant Matthew Stone.Photo: IYCPhoto: IYCIn order to optimise the charter experience on board, the current owners have also invested in state of the art equipment for food and drink preparation, more specifically the refrigeration, flooring and tiling in the galley.
