The 24.38-metre yacht La Mer has been sold in just under six months on the market with a last known asking price of $2,350,000. The deal was concluded with Ann Avery of Northrop & Johnson representing the seller and John Varga of Westport Brokerage representing the buyer.Built and designed by Hatteras Yachts, La Mer was launched in 2005. The motor yacht has been well-maintained and underwent a refit in 2015 to update her interiors, which included upgrades to her lounge areas. Her main saloon is outfitted with a seating area, a sunken bar and a formal dining area forward. Her sky lounge features an additional bar and cocktail table.La Mer can accommodate as many as eight guests across four staterooms including a full-beam, en-suite master cabin.Performance-wise, La Mer sports two Caterpillar C30 diesel engines which allow her to reach a top speed of 25 knots and cruise comfortably at 20 knots.
