Sanlorenzo has today announced the launch of its fourth 52-metre superyacht from the Sanlorenzo 52 Steel range. The newly launched yacht, Lady Lena, will be delivered to her owner in the late winter months of 2020 and was sold in 2018 with the assistance of Daniil Slugevich from Boutique.Yachts. Photo: SanLorenzoFour further units of the 499 GT range are currently under construction at the Italian shipyard, who has successfully sold three units with the fourth available for delivery in November 2021. The 52 Steel showcases in-house naval architecture with exterior designs by the Italian yacht designer Mauro Micheli from Officina Italiana Design and interior designs by Sanlorenzo's in-house design team who collaborated with a team put together by the owner. Like her six sister ships, Lady Lena features a steel hull, an aluminium superstructure and is able to accommodate up to 12 guests and a crew of nine. Key features found across her three decks include a 94 square-meter beach club with a swimming pool in the cockpit area, a large gym with direct access to the main-deck saloon, glass-covered side bulwarks on both the main and upper deck and a telescopic bow mast.A flood garage onboard Lady Lena is dedicated to a 7.5-metre tender while an additional garage houses the rescue boat and her range of watersport toys. Equipped with twin diesel-fuelled MTU engines with 1992hp each and built to be MCA/LY3 compliant, Lady Lena can reach a top speed of 17 knots and cruises at 15 knots. At an economical speed of 11 knots, she has a transatlantic range of 4,000 nautical miles.
