Sold: 52m Oceanco yacht Lazy Z

After 841 days on the market, the 51.8-metre yacht Lazy Z has been sold. John Cohen of Merle Wood & Associates represented the seller and Mark Osterhaven and Michael Mahan from Worth Avenue Yachts represented the buyer in the deal, which concluded yesterday with a last asking price of $12,900,000.Lazy Z yacht cruisingPhoto: BurgessBuilt and launched by Oceanco for her original owner in 1997, Lazy Z  was refitted in 2017 to update the designs by The A Group and Baron Gurney Interiors. Inside, she can sleep up to 13 guests in six staterooms and has accommodation for 12 crew.
