MedAire, an International SOS company, the largest global provider of integrated medical and security risk management services for the yachting industry today announced the acquisition of Yacht Lifeline.
Under the terms of the agreement, Yacht Lifeline’s products and services will merge with MedAire a wholly-owned subsidiary of International SOS. Additionally, the Yacht Lifeline team will join the MedAire team, including key leadership and management positions.
