Sold: 37m Monte Fino yacht Masteka 2

Based in Sydney Harbour, the 37.19-metre motor yacht Masteka 2 was sold after 670 days on the market with Joachim Howard at Ocean Alliance representing the seller and Ryan Leigh-Smith of Leigh Smith Yachts representing the buyer. Her last known asking price was $9,955,000 AUD. Masteka 2 was built in GRP by American shipyard Monte Fino. She features an exterior design by Dubois and an interior by Rhoades Young Design. Since her 2009 release, the 199 GT yacht has chartered guests in Australia and the South Pacific. She can accommodate up to 12 guests in a five-cabin layout and features a forward master cabin alongside an owners' bathroom. She has room for eight crew members hosted in lower cabins and also features two onboard tenders, a ten-person Jacuzzi, top-level observation deck and in 2017 had a multi-million dollar refit. Masteka 2 was fitted with two 1675hp C32 engines, which allow her to reach a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 16 knots.
