Monte Carlo Yachts has announced the sale of a 32.26-metre yacht MCY 105 to an Australian client. The unit, currently in build, is expected to be delivered to her owner later this year in time for the start of the season in the Southern Hemisphere.The sale and eventual delivery of the flagship model marks the Italian shipyard’s expanding global presence: “The Company is excited about this quite unique event, as it is the first time that the Monte Carlo Yachts flagship reaches Australia”, explains Sergio Loiacono, MCY Sales and Marketing Director.
The latest unit is one of more than 10 of the popular MCY 105 models either in build or already in operation. The yacht features naval architecture from her builder, Monte Carlo Yachts, and exteriors and interiors penned by Nuvolari Lenard.The MCY 105 boasts ample deck spaces including a large sundeck and exterior beach platform. Inside, the yacht features large windows that allow natural light to flood her interiors.
The 203 GT yacht can accommodate as many as 10 guests across five staterooms, including a full-beam master suite, as well as a crew of two on board.
Performance-wise, the MCY 105 can reach a top speed of 28 knots and cruise comfortably at 24 knots thanks to her twin MTU 16V 2000 M93 diesel engines.
