Vitters’ 49.7-metre yacht Meraki has been delivered to her owner after arriving safely in Palma from the Vitters Shipyard in Zwartsluis. The modern take on the classic ketch design is the work of naval and exterior designers Hoek

Inside, interior designers Rhoades Young Design saw to the yacht’s contemporary and classic style, which can be seen in the three staterooms accommodating up to six guests.Meraki yacht cruising on delivery dayPhoto: Vitters ShipyardMeraki is a two-masted 350 GT yacht designed with a large centre board, a mizzen staysail and gennaker. Her two masts and two furling booms were supplied by Southern Spars, whereas her multistrand ECsix rigging package came from Future Fibres. As well as a specially-optimised hull form, she sports a vast number of additional staysails, asymmetric spinnakers and a code-0, all manufactured by Doyle.
