Northrop & Johnson has announced the sale of the 39.62-metre Westport yacht Next Chapter, with Wes Sanford and Kevin Merrigan acting on behalf of the seller. The 334 GT yacht from the Westport 130 range features William Garden naval architecture and Gregory C. Marshall exterior lines and was completed with a GRP hull and superstructure in 2016.The interior space onboard Next Chapter is well-appointed and showcases a sophisticated design, with Mahogany wood, a variety of fine stones and plush furnishings creating an ambient atmosphere. Next Chapter offers accommodation for up to ten guests in five staterooms comprised of a full-beam master stateroom with a private study, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom finished with Onyx. Guests sleep in two VIP staterooms with king-sized beds and two twin staterooms located on the lower deck. A crew of seven can also be accommodated for on board. Outdoor entertainment is available on the main deck - where guests can dine alfresco or lay back on the sun loungers - and on the sundeck where the Jacuzzi flanked by sunpads and sun loungers is housed. Equipped with twin MTU 12V 4000 M90 diesel engines with 2,734 hp each, she cruises at 20 knots and reaches a top speed of 24 knots while Naiad zero-speed stabilisers ensure the comfort of her guests at anchor. At the time Next Chapter was listed as a yacht for sale, she had a final asking price of $19,900,000.
