After Denison brokers Tony Smith and Denise George represented the buyers and Bob Epstein at Seattle Yachts representing the sellers, the sale of the 28.29-metre yacht Northern V's was finalised this week in Fort Lauderdale.
Built by Broward Marine in 1990, Northern V's and her classic style is the work of Broward and interior designer Robin Rose & Associates. On board, guests will find a spacious aft deck with a lounge area, BBQ and swim platform and once inside, there are three staterooms. 
Photo: Denison YachtingHaving been rebuilt in 2010 and serviced again this year, Northern V 's is fitted with Detroit Diesel 12V92TA engines to achieve a cruising speed of 12 knots and a top speed of 21 knots. At the time of sale, she had a last asking price of $699,000.
