The yacht Oculus was sold by Denison after over 300 days on the market.  The deal involved brokers Justin Onofrietti and Will Noftsinger and concluded in Florida with a last known asking price of $1,799,000. She has four guest cabins, two decks and can sleep up to eight guests taken care of by a crew of three.
