Pershing has announced the launch of its first aluminium superyacht, the flagship Pershing 140. The 42.53-metre yacht hit the water in the Ferretti Group's Super Yacht Yard in Ancona, a facility specializing in building steel and aluminium superyachts above 40 metres.
Photo: Ferretti GroupThe first unit of the series, the Pershing 140 is a collaboration between architect Fulvio De Simoni, engineer Piero Ferrari of the Ferretti Group Project Strategy Committee, and the Ferretti Group's Engineering Department.
Characterised by her aggressive profile, the yacht Pershing 140 incorporates a combination of novel design elements and iconic details typical of the most recent Pershing models. This includes two lateral wings connected to the gunwale and walkways.
Photo: Ferretti GroupThe aft area features a unique, mezzanine-style layout, with a raised cockpit creating a sea-facing space elevated above the water. The foredeck and upper deck also offer room for outdoor relaxation, with the upper deck boasting a panoramic terrace with plenty of space freestanding furnishings and decor.
The main deck of the yacht Pershing 140 has several noteworthy amenities, such as the lounge and bar area, as well as a private entertainment area. Below deck are four guest suites, comprising two VIP cabins and two twin cabins.
