46m yacht Time for Us sold and renamed Pisces
The 45.9-metre Delta Marine yacht Time for Us has been sold and renamed Pisces after 76 days on the market with a last known asking price of $18,500,000. The deal was concluded with Peter Brown of Burgess representing the seller, and Kristen Englemann-Klein and Kevin Merrigan of Northrop & Johnson, representing the buyer.Photo: BurgessThe custom-built yacht Pisces was launched 2011 and has been regularly maintained and refitted, undergoing an extensive refit in 2016. The motor yacht features naval architecture and an original interior design by Jonathan Quinn Barnett. Her exterior work was done by Roddan Engineering. Under her new ownership, her interiors and deck will be comprehensively refitted by Bonville Associates.

Photo: BurgessOn her uppermost deck, Pisces features a Jacuzzi complete with a swim-up bar and lounge area. Below, the yachtโs bridge deck is home to an al fresco dining area and lounge space on her aft deck. Each of her three decks is finished with teak decking.

Photo: BurgessPerformance-wise, Pisces sports twin Caterpillar 3512B diesel engines which allow her to cruise comfortably at 18 knots and reach a top speed of 21 knots. She is equipped with Zero Speed stabilisers to ensure comfort on board.
