The 45.72-metre yacht Revive has been sold in an in-house deal by Denison Yachting with William Noftsinger representing the selling and Chris Daves introducing the buyer. The Richmond yacht was on the market for just over a year and was listed with a last known asking price of $14,900,000.Revive was built in 2013, but has since been regularly maintained and refitted. She features naval architecture and an exterior design by Setzer Design Group and her interiors are the work of Pavlik Design Team.Her previous owner spent around $2,000,000 on updates, including an almost $500,000 custom interior update by Patrick Knowles on her furnishings and decor, a new Jacuzzi on the bridge, and soundproofing throughout.In addition to aesthetic upgrades, Revive also received maintenance to her twin Caterpillar C32 Acert diesel engines, a new hydraulics system and a built-in fuel tank to improve her stability.Revive can sleep up to 12 across her five staterooms and host a crew of up to ten.
