Fraser Yachts has announced the sale of the first hull in the 52.6-metre Mengi Yay Virtus Explorer XP series. The sale was facilitated by David Legrand and Alain Auvare of Fraser
Yachts representing the seller at Palm Beach international Boat Show 2023. The explorer yacht features interior and exterior design by VYD Studio with naval architecture penned by
her builder Mengi Yay Yachts.The first renderings of her interior spaces last year revealed a chic contemporary design, with bold, organic shapes and patterns throughout. The
centre-piece of her main saloon is a cluster of teardrop settees, which lend the space an informal atmosphere. Thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows, both port and starboard,
the main saloon is filled with natural light and boasts unparalleled views.The Mengi Yay Virtus Explorer XP superyacht provides accommodation for up to ten guests across five
sumptuous staterooms. Her master stateroom is on the main deck and includes a king-sized bed and a private foredeck. She can also accommodate up to nine crew to attend to her
guests’ needs.Some of the standout features onboard the Mengi Yay Virtus Explorer XP yacht include a helipad, pool deck, master bridge deck, guest main deck, gym, and tender
storage.Performance-wise, the 498 GT motor yacht will be powered by twin Caterpillar engines, giving her an expected top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.
The second hull in the series is also currently in-build with an expected delivery date of 2025.

Dutch shipyard Jongert has released further details about their newest project, Revolution. The 47.36-metre motor yacht for sale will be completed in 2025, this is the
second-largest yacht built by the Netherlands-based company.
Project Revolution will feature exterior design and naval architecture by Vripack. The total interior volume of the in-build superyacht will be 499 GT, with a beam of 9.5-metres
and a draft of 2.8-metres, and a true long-range Explorer yacht. The superyacht, Project Revolution, will showcase a steel hull and aluminium superstructure.
The expansive motor yacht project will be able to accommodate up to 10 guests onboard across five staterooms, as well as ample space for 11 crew including the captain. Other
highlights of the project include a vast deck with different zoned areas for leisure and hosting, along with a bespoke interior design which will be a collaborative effort with the
owner and their selected designer of choice.
“Project Revolution has been fully designed and engineered by renowned Dutch Vripack Naval Architects. The contemporary yet cosy interior will be designed by a leading designer
elected by the new owner in collaboration with the shipyard. Jongert Shipyard, with 70+ years of experience under its belt, is well known for its quality build World Cruisers and
is now back on the market with its Revolutionary Project,” commented Alex Krykanyuk, Sales Broker at Fraser Yachts.
Performance-wise, the superyacht will be powered by 2 Caterpillar engines, which give her a cruising speed of 11 knots and a top speed of 13.5 knots.
Project Revolution is currently on the market with an asking price of €32,000,000 with Fraser Yachts.
