Crucially, this incentive applies to both new-build and pre-owned yachts, provided they are ‘new’ to the taxpayer. For American buyers considering placing a yacht into charter, this development has made ownership far more financially attractive.The key requirement is that the yacht must be operated as a genuine business rather than for private use. To qualify, owners must place their vessels into a bona fide charter programme with the intent to generate income – complete with marketing efforts, charter operations, and accurate financial reporting. The scale of the benefit is tied directly to business use. For example, if a yacht is operated sixty percent for charter and forty percent for personal enjoyment, then sixty percent of the purchase price qualifies for bonus depreciation. The programme was extensive, covering structural modifications, mechanical overhauls and aesthetic upgrades. Works began with a full drydock period, during which the hull, superstructure, overhead panels and bilges were completely repainted. All hydraulic fittings and equipment were dismantled, serviced and repainted under controlled conditions.Structural interventions included steel renewal on the forward mooring deck and repairs to the mooring door. All mooring equipment was overhauled, with the hydraulic power packs for the windlasses renewed and recommissioned. The tender garage doors, swim platform, boarding ladders and rescue tender hatch were dismantled for servicing, while hydraulic cylinders, valves and actuators were replaced. The systems were reassembled and recommissioned under the supervision of the original equipment manufacturer, Cramm.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/367297/image/large-8a6189b7abc3e43f1c6dc502c7c7b273.jpeg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/367297">The stabilisation system underwent a complete overhaul, including the removal and servicing of all four <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5020" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Quantum Marine Stabilizers (Company)">Quantum</a> fins and shafts. One fin shaft and its associated components were able to be replaced with all-original parts. Maintenance was also carried out on the bow thruster motor and electronics.In the engine room, both CAT 3516C main engines and four C9 generators were dismantled to bare block and overhauled with Caterpillar OEM components. Generator silencers and spray nozzles were also replaced.Technical systems were further upgraded with the complete renewal of the freshwater piping and pump network, along with a major overhaul of the AC and HVAC systems, led by Heinen &amp; Hopman. All engine room pumps were replaced, overboard valves removed and tested, and the electrical systems fully inspected. Key switchgear for both generator and shore power systems was renewed.On deck, the teak was sanded and re-caulked, while the swimming pool received maintenance and a full replacement of associated piping and components.Interior work was carried out by List GC, covering everything from cabinetry and hardware to overhead panels. The laundry deck flooring was replaced with vinyl, and galley appliances, including ovens, washing machines and ice makers, were upgraded. All lighting was converted to LED, and the AV/IT and entertainment systems were fully updated. Originally delivered in 2007, the 2500 GT superyacht features exterior design by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/65" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Nuvolari Lenard (Company)">Nuvolari Lenard</a> and interior by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/19" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Alberto Pinto (Company)">Alberto Pinto</a>. Moreover, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/67" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Alfa Nero82.0m (269'0&quot;)Oceanco2007">Alfa Nero</a> can accommodate 12 guests across six staterooms, as well as 26 crew members including the captain. &nbsp;The project began with antifouling removal through WA2 blasting, followed by the application of new coatings across the underwater hull, including the stabiliser pockets and sea chests. All sacrificial anodes were renewed, including those fitted to the shafts and propellers.Work on the propulsion and steering systems included the replacement of rudder shaft seals and a full inspection of the main engines and generators by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1409" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="MTU (Company)">MTU</a> Holland. The starboard engine exhaust system was overhauled, and all three generators underwent major servicing.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/367299/image/large-2136095372339277afe3cce2966a1440.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/367299">In the engine room, pumps serving all key systems including fresh, grey and black water &nbsp;were either serviced or replaced. This phase also included the overhaul of the Hamann blackwater treatment system and modifications to the hot water boilers. The HVAC system was upgraded with an overhaul of the compressors and the complete replacement of one unit.Interior inspections carried out by List Design identified a number of defects, all of which were addressed during the yard period. The elevator window was replaced, teak decking was sanded and cleaned, and both the Jacuzzi and spa systems underwent maintenance. The gasket on the spa shell door was also replaced as part of a broader waterproofing review.The pool system was comprehensively serviced, including the hydraulic lift, pumps, valves and electronic controls. Antigua and Barbuda has been issued a licence by the US Department of Treasury allowing them to sell the 82m Russian-owned Alfa Nero superyacht.

The 10-day window came to a close last week and, according to Antique Observer, multi-million-dollar bids for the superyacht have already been entertained by the Gaston Browne-led administration. Some, apparently, have been close to the $80,000,000 mark.&nbsp;The Antique Observer goes on to report that the matter may have been settled during yesterday’s cabinet meeting, and the successful bidder could be notified within days. In Pictures: Building the world's most secretive superyachts

Global and Alfa Nero in Monaco

The summer season in the Mediterranean is now in full swing and the waters outside Europe’s yachting hub is bustling with activity. Recently seen outside the Principality of Monaco are the two motor yachts Global and Alfa Nero, each having recently returned to warmer climates after completing respective refits in Germany.

Superyacht Sunrays in Cannes

Superyacht Sunrays was delivered by Oceanco in 2010, and was designed by the late Bjorn Johansson. Sunrays, hull Y705, has twin 3,492kW MTU 16V 595 TE 70 engines and can achieve a maximum speed of 20 knots. She is exceptionally spacious with accommodation for 16 guests, with an interior designed by Terence Disdale Design. Her Ice Blue hull and edgy superstructure design is what sets her apart from the Dutch shipyard’s other Y700 generation superyachts such as Seven Seas, Alfa Nero and Equanimity. Here she is seen in the South of France last summer.

Oceanco’s blue lady Sunrays in Cannes

A self proclaimed ‘young designer’, serial car enthusiast, and all-round cool dude, Igor Lobanov’s story to reaching the upper level of superyacht designers is a brief but highly eventful one. This Russian-born designer’s route to the success that is following his studio today is backed up by years of hard work and navigating a minefield of decision-making games to where Lobanov Design find themselves now. As the name behind the ever illusive 85-metre Oceanco superyacht Y708, and with another 110-metre monster recently launched at the Dutch shipyard, Lobanov tells us that these current events are but the tip of an iceberg of dedication and perseverance, but also that starting at the bottom doesn’t have to mean starting small.

Living in Italy with his wife and design partner, Yulia, it is on a sunny and bright day in Monaco that I meet with Igor. His ‘Mr. Anderson’ sunglasses, rolled-up sleeves and custom forearm tattoo makes him stand out from the stiff yacht show crowd. Igor is here to do business, not to blend in. Armed with a suitcase and poster tube filled with confidential sketches, this is an opportunity to meet with new and old clients to discuss the studio’s potential next project. But how did Lobanov get here? And what is a Russian car designer doing designing yachts?

Can you tell us about your history and how you got into yacht design?

I used to be a car designer, and that was going to be what I would do for the rest of my life. I studied car design in Italy and also at Coventry University until 2001. After that I was awarded an internship at the exterior design department at Volkswagen Wolfsburg. It so happened that while I was looking for a job after my internship, I ended up with a project management position for a new build superyacht project. Not only a project manager, but the owner was in search of a representative who understood the design of the project. The project was the 119-metre M/Y A, and I was blown away when I saw the first sketches of the design. I accepted the offer and that was my first step into the yachting industry. I feel it was a bit of luck, but I also had a strong design portfolio of cars and planes at the time to back it up with.

The next two to three years were spent as owner’s representative on the project, but I was constantly reminded that design is the actual field where I wanted to work in. I looked at the design of the other designers in the business and realised that I could also tell my story.

When did you receive your first break as a designer?

I signed my first project in 2007. It was a 120-metre design that was developed by me as consultant to the client. We worked together with the client in 2007 on finalising the design. When 2008 hit and the financial crisis exploded, the project was put on hold. The whole deal was eventually canceled. Although very unfortunate, we gained valuable experience and some much needed funds from the project. Following this setback, I continued to invest in my designs and managed to create a new model together with ThyssenKrupp, namely the 101-metre Liza, with whom I worked with on M/Y A. I also got a break from Lürssen in 2007 who supported my project, White Night. I remember Michael Breman taking one look at my design and said just ‘put your model here at our stand’. I was lucky to spend the entire Monaco Yacht Show that year with them which was very valuable.

How did your relationship with Oceanco start?

It was around that time that I came across Oceanco, and I was completely inspired by the open mindedness of the shipyard, but also the creativity of Nuvolari Lenard who they were working with already at the time. I told myself, this is a shipyard I would like to work with. It took me a few meetings with the shipyard owner and board of directors, but eventually they asked me to design something similar to the Liza concept. Now, I couldn’t possibly have repeated exactly the same design, but at least that steered me in the right direction. And that is how project Y708 started. It wasn’t easy, we had to go up against a number of other well known designers, Nuvolari Lenard being one of them. But we won the tender and signed what would eventually become our first completed new build contract.

Y708 is highly secretive yacht. How difficult has it been to have received hardly any publicity following the delivery of the project?

Since Y708, we have realised how important it is to receive exposure about our work. Not only to show what we are capable of as a studio, but also to attract future clients who can relate to our style. Y708 is one of those special cases where the owner desires absolute privacy. This makes things a bit more difficult for us, but of course we respect the client’s wishes. Other clients are quite happy for us to release our work. Phoenicia for example, which was designed for one client specifically, allowed us to do so. It is an enormous boat which has been designed to be built. It certainly is possible, but if he decides to build it remains to be seen.

How did a designer from Russia end up in Italy?

It was a natural path that I followed as a result of my passion for yachts. There is an industry here, I like being by the sea and the mountains and that is something I couldn’t find in Moscow.

With your background in automotive design, how does the yacht design industry compare to other fields of design, and where do you see us heading to?

I feel that the yacht design industry has only picked up the pace over the last five years or so, in terms of catching up with other fields of design. Not too long ago things still moved very slowly and could even be described as boring. There have always been unique projects such as M/Y A, Wally Power, Alfa Nero and Silver Yachts’ Silver Series that pushed the boundaries and set the tone for where we should be heading. And as we progress as an industry I foresee that we will start seeing more and more diversity in designs as you find in the automotive world and architecture today.

Do you find it valuable to collaborate with designers from outside the yachting industry in order to provide a fresh approach to any project?

Certainly. It is not always easy though as product designers, architects, and car designers bring a certain perspective to a project that is not always applicable to our industry. Having said that, involving these external parties is a great way to get a view from a fresh pair of eyes who hasn’t been staring at the same drawings for the last three months.

How much does an 85-metre project differ from the work needed to design a 110-metre vessel like the one currently in build at Oceanco?

In the case of Oceanco, our first project with them, Y708, was based on a fully engineered platform. Everything from main deck down was already drawn up and developed. So that makes your work a lot easier. With Y714, Oceanco entrusted us to design a completely new yacht which is considerably more work.

Do you feel there is enough being done to promote and encourage young designers in the yachting industry?

(Laughing) I think they are not promoted at all. The reality is that the hardest thing for a young designer is to sign his/her first project - and the second one. After three projects, things start to happen. Before that you are still a beginner. I can confidently say that we still regard ourselves as beginners and we will act as young designers - aggressively, foolishly - while delivering really powerful designs.

What is next for Lobanov Design?

We decided to head in the direction of smaller yachts; namely in the 40, 50, 60-metre size range. This is simply an attempt to yield results faster and it will allow us to work together with more shipyards, mostly in Italy and Holland.

Since having arrived in Bremen in October last year, the 123-metre superyacht Golden Odyssey has been spending the winter season moored along the banks of the Weser River at the shipyard where she was launched in 2015. Last week, the yacht cruised to the city of Hamburg where she is now hauled out at the Blohm + Voss shipyard undergoing warranty work.

A total of 580 metres worth of German and Dutch-built yachts are currently hauled out for various refit and maintenance works at the facility that was recently acquired by Lürssen, including Katara, Yas, Lady Moura, and Alfa Nero.

Lürssen superyacht Golden Odyssey moves to B+V facility

Currently out on the North Sea conducting her first sea trials is the impressive 106-metre sailing yacht project Y712. The Oceanco-built super sailor was launched in September last year, which, at the time, was the Dutch shipyard’s largest project. A few months later, and the new 110-metre Y714, launched earlier this week, now claims that spot.

Kismet 

As soon as we noticed the 95.2-metre Kismet heading north along the Dutch coast, we didn’t hesitate to jump in a plane and fly over the North Sea to capture this amazing superyacht in a completely different environment than her usual cruising grounds.

Dilbar 

Completed last year by Lürssen, the 156-metre Dilbar was captured here whilst undertaking her maiden voyage to Gibraltar. The conditions were challenging to say the least, with some serious wind and heavy seas. Taking to the skies and leaning out of the open door was worth it, however, and we managed to capture Dilbar in a way as unique as the boat herself. Her designer, Espen Oeino comments: “Dilbar is the largest motor yacht in the world by gross tonnage and one of the most complex and challenging yachts that has ever been built. I feel honored and privileged to have been part of this incredible voyage.”

Aquijo

This amazing sailing superyacht by Vitters &amp; Oceanco, launched in 2015, was anchored off Monaco last summer. Whilst flying in helicopter over the anchorage we spotted the light on her blue hull and knew we had to capture it.

A 

After taking photos of the 119-metre A in a range of beautiful destinations - from Formentera to Monaco to beneath the Northern Lights in Iceland - it was unexpected that one of our favourite shoots would be in no other than the heart of the Netherlands. During her visit to Rotterdam, the light on her hull immediately caught our eye and this is certainly one of the most interesting angles of this unique superyacht.

Alfa Nero 

The iconic 82-metre Alfa Nero was anchored outside Monaco during last year’s Monaco Yacht Show. There is definitely no shortage of photos of this Oceanco, so we wanted to do something a little bit different - with the help of the heli!

On our first photo flight of 2017 we captured the 123m superyacht Project Jupiter from above. Her lines are unlike anything else the German shipyard Lürssen has launched to date and will certainly turn heads wherever she goes.

Superyacht St. Princess Olga in Cap-Martin, France

The 85.6 metre Oceanco St. Princess Olga was known as project Y708 during her build, and delivered in early 2013 to her owner. Her recognisable exterior lines were drawn by Igor Lobanov, and event though based on the same platform as shared with other yachts in Oceanco’s Y700 generation, her white hull and futuristic superstructure is what sets her apart from her sisters such as Alfa Nero, Vibrant Curiosity and Sunrays. She features a modern interior by the late Alberto Pinto. Little information is known about this ultra-private yacht and has become a rare sight around the Med. Her she was captured anchored outside Monaco last month off Plage de La Buse in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, France.

The Lobanov-designed superyacht St. Princess Olga

Launched last month, the 106-metre sailing yacht project Y712 remains tied up at Oceanco’s superyacht facility near Rotterdam where the yacht recently had her three advanced DynaRig masts stepped. The project is the largest yacht designed by the Italian design duo at Nuvolari Lenard, who has worked with Oceanco before on superyachts such as Alfa Nero and Seven Seas. The design studio brought their usual Italian flair to the table and managed to hide the vessel’s impressive 2,700 GT volume in a sleek and well-proportioned design.

The yacht's DynaRig setup was designed and optimised by Dykstra Naval Architects, who were also responsible for the naval architecture of the project. Technically considered the largest sailing yacht in the world, Y712 will certainly cause a stir once she is operational with full sails deployed on her maiden voyage.

Following her unveiling last week, Dutch shipyard Oceanco has launched its largest yacht near Rotterdam today as the 106-metre sailing yacht Project Y712 is lowered into the water for the first time today. The mysterious bow cover was removed revealing a radical wave-slicing stem.

The project is the largest yacht designed by the Italian design duo at Nuvolari Lenard, who has worked with Oceanco before on superyachts such as Alfa Nero and Seven Seas. The deign studio brought their usual Italian flair to the table and managed to hide the vessel’s impressive 2,700 GT volume in a sleek and well-proportioned design.

The next stage of the project will be the stepping of the yacht’s three Dyna-Rig masts, similar to that of the Maltese Falcon.

Known for now only by her project name of Y712, the yacht is technically the largest private sailing yacht in the world, designed to travel under the power of her sails alone. The enormous 142.8-metre Sailing Yacht A, on the other hand, is classed as a sail-assisted motor vessel. Despite these technicalities, the two vessels are without a doubt some of the most advanced projects to have been completed over the last 24 months and are certainly set to contribute to the developments in the build, design and conception of superyachts for many years to come.

Exclusive: Oceanco launches 106m sailing yacht Y712

Superyacht Anastasia in Antibes, France

Built at Oceanco in 2008, the 75 metre Anastasia is the third unit in the Dutch shipyard’s acclaimed Y700 generation following the launches of Amevi and Alfa Nero the year before. Her sweeping lines and cutting exterior is the work of Sam Sorgiovanni, who also created the yacht’s lavish interior. Anastasia’s owner commissioned a second Oceanco superyacht, and took delivery of the 88.5 metre Nirvana in 2012.

The 82 metre Oceanco superyach Alfa Nero was delivered in 2007, and is regarded as one of Oceanco's most iconic yachts ever built. The yacht was designed by Nuvolari &amp; Lenard, and features an interior designed by Alberto Pinto. One of the yachts’ most notable features is the swimming pool on the main aft deck, which also converts to a heli pad or dance floor. The yacht clearly formed the inspiration for superyacht Seven Seas, which was built in 2010.

Here she is seen anchored off Grand Anse Beach on the Caribbean island of Grenada recently.

Here one finds an intimate sunbathing area with a Jacuzzi – one of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/4385" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Okto66.4m (217'10&quot;)ISA Yachts2014">Okto</a>’s two onboard pool areas – and a private gym that is fitted with oversized windows and a skylight that creates a natural outdoor feeling allowing guests to continue their workout routines no matter the weather.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157673/image/large-316ea22e264299b51ff8fd18f3981969.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157673"><img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157674/image/large-dbc73827229ea46b2068470396ddc72f.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157674">Forward of the wheelhouse on the foredeck is a touch and go helipad designed to accommodate a Europcopter EC135. This area is a perfect spot to experience <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/4385" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Okto66.4m (217'10&quot;)ISA Yachts2014">Okto</a>’s unique deck. Instead of utilizing high-maintenance natural teak, a light-coloured composite Esthec deck has been opted for. It is the pattern that the deck strips are laid in that makes this so special. Wide strips amidships gradually narrow in width outboard whilst the dividing sections of black caulking increases, creating an almost rhythmic sequence that adds another dimension to the exterior spaces. This deck also opens up to reveal one of the yacht’s tenders, a 6.6 metre Ski Nautique, and another MOB RIB, designed to be launched within minutes. From here, guests can seamlessly wander inside through the curved 5 metre-opening glass sliding doors - the largest of a kind ever installed on a yacht in Italy - into the lavish main saloon, designed by the late Alberto Pinto.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157677/image/large-619619c83511d339d329bedc98a10429.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157677">As one of his very lasts works before his passing in 2012, the French designer was given free reign to style and decorate Okto with a no-expense-spared approval by the owner. Having worked with the owner on his previous yacht, the iconic 82-metre Oceanco <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/67" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Alfa Nero82.0m (269'0&quot;)Oceanco2007">Alfa Nero</a>, Pinto by now had a good idea of what his client appreciates. The same level of luxury, style and functionality would be incorporated into <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/4385" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Okto66.4m (217'10&quot;)ISA Yachts2014">Okto</a>, only in a condensed package.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157678/image/large-bd754d8f2b3a306569bc27c4a0ca6d06.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157678">He realised the lack of noise and vibration throughout the yacht would be key to receiving the owner’s stamp of approval and to ensure the comfort of every guest on board. The results not only ended with a satisfied owner, but benchmarks being raised for yachts in this class.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157679/image/large-6b3238d6743f5ec53e4af1fde43f76cc.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157679">The design of the main deck was also of great importance to the Pinto team, who set out to re-engineer how guests would use this space that is so often underused. A grand atmosphere is created by the use of polished and brushed metals, high lacquered surfaces and lavish upholstered furniture. The natural light flooding in through the expansive windows at the entrance from main deck aft and those running along the side of the lounge area, allowed Pinto to confidently make use of dark woods as panelling without the risk of creating a dark room environment. A natural satin finished wood floor adds a light touch to the otherwise high-class living environment.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157680/image/large-be053ca206eaf39280d5c4e7ffe54cdb.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157680"><img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157681/image/large-173f913495583b13408f423c6d1bbaeb.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157681">Forward on the main deck, the full beam master suite offers no side portholes as one would normally find in this cabin arrangement, but instead a series of large skylights in the deckhead above are the source of natural light to the cabin, which can be shut completely when bedtime comes (or left open to experience the starry night sky). When at anchor, a large terrace folds down with built-in self-stowing handrails to create the ideal breakfast setup.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157682/image/large-5dac30466bd07ed1bd5599866b0c3b69.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157682"><img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157683/image/large-b60c0e2de1aed52c976bfe4df299c2a0.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157683">Moving aft through a corridor and adjacent to the master suite to starboard is a double bed cabin which can serve a multitude of roles as required. Fitted with a private study and a set of full height windows in the hull, this could easily be appointed as the VIP cabin. Oceanco superyacht Seven Seas at Pier 66 Marina

Y701, as she was known during her build, was the first of Oceanco’s distinctive Y700 line. Iconic yachts such as Alfa Nero, Sunrays and Seven Seas soon followed Amevi in the line, all building on characteristic design cues implemented by Italian design duo, Nuvolari &amp; Lenard. Superyacht Alfa Nero in Gibraltar

Emre Yildirim of Turkish design firm Nod Design has send us renderings of their latest project, XE-90. XE-90 is a ninety metre superyacht with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. According to the designer, the design of the yacht is based on the dynamism and fluid lines of car aesthetics. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/137023/image/large-70daf9d4da933daa83250b83eb2baf92.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/137023">The yacht is designed to offer accommodation for up to 14 guests, in a large upper deck owner’s cabin, and 6 guest cabins on the lower deck. The lower deck also houses the yachts tenders, forward of the yacht’s wellness area, that opens up to folding balconies. The main feature on the main deck is a large infinity swimming pool, a feature we have also seen on other yachts in this size range, such as Oceanco’s Alfa Nero and Seven Seas. The designers tell us they have incorporated panaromic windows and several balcony features, to create areas where guests can have an indoor/outdoor experience. The yacht also features a helipad, located on the foredeck. Although still early in the design stage, the XE-90 project so far looks very promising. Superyacht Alfa Nero off Saint Tropez

ISA – International Shipyards Ancona and JLT Yacht Agency have announced a partnership agreement today naming JLT as the preferred partner of ISA to provide marine and VIP concierge services to all ISA clients. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/134088/image/large-e03dd32f1e4e792fb6a070b48a5405c6.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/126904">As a result of the agreement, JLT will be able to provide special promotions to their clients who decide to berth in Ank’s Marina, which is managed directly by ISA’s After Sales and Refit division and is available for maintenance and refit projects. The sky-lounge and dining room are surrounded with wenge panels and what has come to be known as the “golf ball” wall. Scalloped panels are covered in white lacquer with a mother-of-pearl look, giving the walls a textured effect reminiscent of abstract, flattened golf balls. The wall covering enlarges the room’s appearance and sets the mood to that of a European nightclub even in the light of day.
