Her previous extensive refit in 2013 included the sun deck and sky lounge being extended by 3.5 metres, her interiors being completely refreshed, a full repaint and all audiovisual systems being updated.<img src="/uploads/store/photo/89064/image/large-0208655a606961982e62a70bad03fc38.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/89064">Up to 16 guests can be accommodated for across five staterooms, including a main-deck master suite and four additional staterooms on the lower deck. Classic 44m Feadship yacht Praxis sold  

Built in 1987 by Feadship, the 43.28-metre yacht Praxis has been sold .

The 44.96-metre superyacht, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/695" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Matrix Rose44.96m (147'6&quot;)">Matrix Rose</a>, has been sold in an in-house deal at Merle Wood &amp; Associates. Delivered in 1986 by builders Sterling Yachts, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/695" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Matrix Rose44.96m (147'6&quot;)">Matrix Rose&nbsp;</a>was originally named BBC Challenge, and since has been named Rusalka, Tooth Fairy, Aero Toy Store and Unplugged. In 2008 she underwent a refit by Dania Cut Super Yacht Repair.&nbsp;<img src="/uploads/store/photo/17352/image/large-d476256c664edea572677b8295f6439e.JPG" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/17352">Her fibreglass hull and teak decks exterior is a design by Jon Bannenberg of Bannenberg &amp; Rowell Design and features a triple-height atrium, an elevator, bar and signature Bannenberg floor to ceiling windows and a panoramic lounge. <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/695" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Matrix Rose44.96m (147'6&quot;)">Matrix Rose</a>’s original interior is by Yutaka Jojima and she is able to accommodate up to 10 guests in either a main deck master suite, VIP suite or three doubles, all with entertainment centres and en-suite bathroom facilities all of which were restyled in her last refit.<img src="/uploads/store/photo/44085/image/large-4d3f7529f9593a88ff4263b053e3f6fd.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/44085">Her current interior features cream carpets, designer fabrics and dark wood furnishings throughout, including in her upper dining area, lounge and gym decks. 32-year-old 45m Matrix Rose finds new owner

At 44.8 metres, this high volume yacht offers accommodation for 14 guests. She has been designed to offer guests on board unparalled views. The Jon Bannenberg designed superyacht Unplugged in Miami

IYC (International Yacht Collection, LLC.), is pleased to announce that Mark Elliott has successfully completed three sales transactions in the last two weeks, with a combined total of 470 linear ft. sold and representing asking prices amounting to $64.5 million. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/124810/image/large-9e71107ff357c0e0322c8e4ec608ddeb.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/124810">Mark sold two (2) of the three (3) yachts he displayed at the recent Palm Beach Boat Show at the Rybovich marina: the 147ft. Sterling M/Y Tooth Fairy and the 162ft. Feadship M/Y <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1294">Indefensible</a>. This was the first time that large yachts have been shown at the Palm Beach Boat Show. This new superyacht venue now allows the Palm Beach show to expand and to offer customers a wider range of much larger yachts. According to Brian C. Tansey, Vice President of IYC “Having an IYC office located at the show site helped Mark facilitate these sales.” M/Y <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/695">Tooth Fairy</a> was the “Queen of Show” of the deepwater Rybovich site and confirms the significance of including large yachts at the Palm Beach show. Mark’s sales’ abilities also included landing his own helicopter on the M/Y Indefensible to show the buyers the landing pad on board and also allowing the new owners to take their maiden voyage aboard their new superyacht. With over 9 years of yacht brokerage experience and heading up the IYC office in St. Maarten during the winter season and the Newport, Rhode Island office in the summer season, Mark has his finger on the pulse of the yachting industry successfully representing both buyers and sellers.

IYC's Mark Elliott sells three megayachts in two weeks

The 23rd Annual Palm Beach Boat Show – March 27-30, 2008 – has announced a third site will be added to this year’s event. The new in-water location at the “newly-renovated” Rybovich Marina will feature a select collection of luxurious superyachts including the show’s largest yacht – 147’ Tooth Fairy. According to Andrew Doole, Vice President of Show Management, producers of the show, the new superyacht venue now allows the Palm Beach show to expand and to offer customers a wider range of much larger yachts. “We were elated when this magnificent site became available,” said Doole. “Because of the deep drafts, far larger yachts than ever before can participate in the show. It’s something that many of our customers have been asking for, and now we have the perfect marina to host the multi-million dollar collection.” Rybovich Marina will be welcoming the Queen of the show site, Tooth Fairy. The 147’ Sterling Yacht is being displayed by International Yacht Collection. She is a unique yacht with its glass-bottom Jacuzzi and helicopter landing pad. The $15.5 million superyacht also comes with many toys including two Jet Ski’s, two Wave Runners, two kayaks, a 28’ Novurania RIB, a 22’ Nautica RIB Catamaran as well as scuba gear, snorkel gear, wakeboards, water ski’s and water tubes. Continuous free water shuttles connecting the Rybovich Marina and Flagler sites will be provided. The shuttle service will be conveniently located on the east side of the Flagler show site. Rybovich Marina joins the show’s other two spectacular sites – The Intracoastal Waterway and Flagler Drive and the Palm Beach County Convention Center.
