Built by the New Zealand shipyard Sensation Yachts in 2006 and refitted in 2015, the 52.88 metre superyacht Noble House has been sold. She features exterior design from Overing Yacht Designs, whilst her interior design come from Zuretti Interior Design.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/158233/image/large-20937daa8ab28d94e158621b30c299c6.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/158233">Since her delivery 10 years ago, she has enjoyed a successful charter history. On board she accommodates up to 12 guests over six luxurious en-suite cabins, consisting of a large master suite, four double cabins and one twin cabin. Powered by twin CAT 3516B engines, she has a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots.Noble House was listed for sale by Scott Jones of IYC, with Donny Mathew of Nautilus Yachts representing the buyer in the deal. “I’ve never seen so many owners have so much fun as at the Rendezvous. Who would have thought!!” said Captain Charlie (Champagne) Dwyer, when asked about the 10th year Asia Superyacht Rendezvous. Fellow organiser Gordon Fernandes, General Manager of Asia Pacific Superyachts, commented, "It's fantastic to see owners of motor and sailing yachts come together for a fun Rendezvous, everybody we spoke to said that they will be back next year!" <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/133873/image/large-6cec4ac351136a2295d1f1272eab728f.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/133873">Both power and sail Superyachts from throughout the globe arrived in Phuket, Thailand, first anchoring at Nai Harn Bay. The next day’s first “sailing event” was to Pansea Bay and The Surin Phuket in continuing the prestigious 10-year anniversary celebration held December 16-18, 2010. Thirteen superyachts had planned to participate; however, due to unforeseen circumstances, four vessels were not able to make it: <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1972">Naos</a> and <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2266">Shenandoah</a> and motor sailers Silolona and <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2574">Montigne</a>. Captain Charlie Dwyer's command, <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/884">Yanneke Too</a>, was not able to participate for the first time in 10 years as the vessel had just emerged from an extensive refit in Brisbane, Australia. Guests and owners of motoryachts Silver Zwei and Maverick II and sail yacht Perseus, also moored on Nai Harn Bay, joined guests for the opening Asia Superyacht Rendezvous cocktail party aboard My Lady Arraya - the renamed, iconic Bannenberg-designed Opal C, a jet driven Oceanfast build. The Asia Superyacht Rendezvous celebrated its 10th year with perennial principal sponsor and leading world class yacht builder, Feadship Royal Dutch Shipyards. New 2010 co-sponsors, Merle Wood &amp; Associates of Fort Lauderdale USA represented by Francois van Well and Rolling Stock S.A. Managing Director, Rupert Savage arrived from Spain to join returning host hotel The Surin Phuket and co-sponsor Asia Pacific Superyachts. International Media Partner Boat International Media, the world’s leading media group serving the superyacht industry, was represented by Victoria Lister, Alice Widdows and Holly Lunn arriving from London. Returning regional media partner, YACHTStyle magazine’s editor, Suzie Rayment, also editor of Boat International China, arrived from Hong Kong with premiering issues. The new service facility of Monaco Marine La Ciotat opened its doors to megayachts at the end of April 2007.
