Built in 2012 by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/374" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Sanlorenzo (Company)">Sanlorenzo</a> and joining the Italian shipyard's range of SL94 models, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/6328" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Casa28.6m (93'10&quot;)Sanlorenzo2012">Casa</a> is the design work of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/586" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Francesco Paszkowski (Company)">Francesco Paszkowski</a>. Having recently completed her five-year survey in 2019, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/6328" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Casa28.6m (93'10&quot;)Sanlorenzo2012">Casa</a> has been sold after eight months on the market in excellent condition.<img src="/uploads/store/photo/114795/image/large-4455fa9bf3f08cd495c42c234f0d8373.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/114795">Her interior layout is able to accommodate up to eight guests in four staterooms, including a large master suite, forward VIP suite and two twins that all feature underfloor heating, entertainment systems and ensuite bathrooms. Guests can also make use of the toy store, which includes an Avon 430 DL tender, Jetski and Sea bob. IYC sells 29m Sanlorenzo SL94 yacht Casa

Built in 2012 by Sanlorenzo and joining the Italian shipyard's range of SL94 models, the 28.9m yacht Casa is the design work of Francesco Paszkowski.
