The 52-metre superyacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1373" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Deja Too52.0m (170'7&quot;)Amels2003">Deja Too</a>, sold. The superyacht, which was launched at the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/18" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Amels (Company)">Amels</a> shipyard in the Netherlands in 2003 exterior design by British designer <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Terence Disdale Design (Company)">Terence Disdale</a>. Her sale was concluded in-house by Tomaso Polli of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/124" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Edmiston (Company)">Edmiston</a>. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/168693/image/large-05dc0840b51cdb382ca153ccf18cc92c.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/168693"><a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1373" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Deja Too52.0m (170'7&quot;)Amels2003">Deja Too</a> can accommodate as many as 12 guests between her six staterooms, with an additional seven cabins to host her 13 crew. The superyacht, which was on the market for less than a year, is an example of the the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/18" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Amels (Company)">Amels</a> Tigre d’Or series, and she has been retained in turnkey condition, with an extensive refit at <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/162" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Codecasa S.p.A. The 52-metre classic yacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1373" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Deja Too52.0m (170'7&quot;)Amels2003">Deja Too</a>, previously known as Amevi is now seeking a new owner. Built by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/18" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Amels (Company)">Amels</a> in 2003, she features interior and exterior design from the drawing boards of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/2" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Terence Disdale Design (Company)">Terence Disdale.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/168693/image/large-05dc0840b51cdb382ca153ccf18cc92c.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/168693"></a><a href="https://www.superyachttimes.com/yachts/deja-too/for-sale" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="">Yacht Deja Too, for sale</a> and currently located in Monaco, is a prime example of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/18" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Amels (Company)">Amels</a>’ classic Tigre d’Or series. Maintained in immaculate condition throughout her lifetime, she underwent a refit at the Italian shipyard <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/162" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Codecasa S.p.A. Y701, as she was known during her build, was the first of Oceanco’s distinctive Y700 line. Iconic yachts such as Alfa Nero, Sunrays and Seven Seas soon followed Amevi in the line, all building on characteristic design cues implemented by Italian design duo, Nuvolari &amp; Lenard. The luxury motor yacht was built by the Dutch shipyard Amels in 2003 as Amevi. When her previous owner took delivery of his new 80 metre <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/98">Amevi</a> he renamed the yacht <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1373">Deja Too</a>. In 2008 the superyacht was sold to her current owners who completely refitted <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1373">Deja Too</a> at the Dunya Yachts shipyard. Superyacht Deja Too off Dubrovnik

In March 2010 the 59 metre superyacht Capri arrived at Dunya Yachts, as her new owners had selected the Turkish shipyard for a range of works, including a full repaint of the hull and superstructure. The refit team of Dunya Yachts has just informed SuperYachtTimes.com that they have successfully completed the refit. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/131873/image/large-d98e560f64f36d33d936295423a348d2.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/130558">The shipyard features one of most extensive and impressive refit facilities in the Mediterranean with a 5000 ton floating dock, 4500 square metres of climate controlled sheds and an 80 metre covered dry dock, which is the only covered and climate-controlled dock in Turkey. The refit division has a highly skilled on-site team with English speaking project managers who work with both local and the most renowned international subcontractors. The planning department offers the most advanced technology, allowing all refit works to be planned in ERP/ IFS systems, and a monitoring system enabling the clients to receive real-time updates. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/131874/image/large-3d6f9c433a39ad017a956346b713d6a5.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/131874">In March 2010 Managing director Sedat Ergün told SuperYachtTimes.com, "we will expand our refit division and Istanbul will become a great refit stop in the very near future." Dunya Yachts completes refit of Lürssen superyacht Capri

In 1983, the Ursa Shipyard was built in Tuzla, Istanbul, to undertake the maintenance and repair of small and medium-size yachts. In 1985, Dünya Denizcilik was established in association with Ganship Limited in London, to provide a fleet of bulk chemical tankers serving international clients. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/129592/image/large-d29352a43eae9c1ca6b95b30f0e9f047.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/129592">In 2006, under the ownership and direction of the highly regarded businessmen Suay Umut and Sedat Ergun, the two companies merged to form Dunya Yatçilik. With a huge investment programme, the Ursa shipyard is being transformed into an advanced technology facility dedicated to the construction and refitting of the world’s finest superyachts. Today, Dunya Ursa is a 30,000m² shipyard with 180 metres of quays, state-of-the-art construction halls and a highly trained workforce including specialists in every aspect of luxury yacht building.Currently under construction Dunya Yachts is currently working on two 72m superyachts, the first project, DY 003, the largest yacht ever built in Turkey, will be delivered in 2011. DY003 features an exterior design by Sterling Scott, with interiors designed by one of the world’s leading designers – Alberto Pinto. Project Red Square For hull DY003 (project name <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2390">Red Square</a>), Alberto Pinto’s design concept recreates a luxury beach house on water. This effect is achieved by the use of large areas of natural woods set against touches of extravagant luxury; simple against sophisticated; monotone against colourful. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/129593/image/large-bc1292d981542d6fbd2e6963d5c0ce0c.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/129593">Bleached oak is transformed into a multitude of textures – brushed, woven, smooth, sculpted – and is used throughout the yacht in combination with varnished rosewood. Guest areas are designed using the following concepts: • Guest suites - natural woven straw dyed in a range of colours including blue, green, yellow and coral • VIP suite - sand blasted glass and jade green dyed wood • Master suite - blue marble and blue dyed wood • Halls and corridors - braided brown leather • Guest areas - intricate marquetry using a wide variety of exotic woods. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/129594/image/large-2a2340c06b56bebea5dca1ebccf67db6.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/129594">Fabrics include the use of large knitted canvases, colour coordinated with the detailing of each guest suite. Saddle stitched piping on sofas and embroidered fabrics for cushions, all contribute to the overall effect of the design. Contemporary custom designed furniture includes pieces by Alberto Pinto as well as a select group of international designers. Exterior furniture in teak and straw is completed by a few pieces of red lacquered teak: a pair of armchairs, a series of small tables and four bridge table armchairs. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/129595/image/large-3cdaf2dfa535592a35a2decc6545a2a1.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/129595">The wheelhouse has been designed using a much sportier image, akin to a pilot’s cabin: red leather seats and the control panel enclosed in varnished rosewood. Project Warrior The second yacht currently under construction, project <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2517">Warrior</a>, is due in 2012. A 12.2 metre beam extends Warrior’s internal volume to over 1,800 GRT. With substantial interior and deck space, the yacht will be capable of effortless world cruising in true luxury. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/129596/image/large-bc160c35b86b70388b99addd30760ccf.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/129596">New designs The yard has some exciting new projects in the design phase. Amongst these projects are project DY-P88m (codename Blade) designed by Ken Freivokh, which has been designed to combine unprecedented space and innovative systems into a contemporary design statement of power and style.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/129597/image/large-e44ed3d377f05bdad048bfe352bcc4c5.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/129597">Project DY-P65m (codename Emerald) is designed by Sterling Scott, and is based around the use of eco-sensitive materials and fuel-efficient systems. DY007 combines green credentials, sublime luxury and highly impressive performance. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/129598/image/large-e47ef64cf99ec95408fd6aec28035284.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/129598">Dunya refit department Dunya Yachts has just completed a large refit of the 52m Amels built <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1373">Deja-Too</a> and are currently working on two other refit projects.
