The 52-metre superyacht Kiss the Sky has been sold by Imperial who acted as central agents.

Built by Dutch shipyard Amels in 2001, the 52-metre superyacht Kiss the Sky features both exterior and interior design from the drawing boards of Terence Disdale Design. Undertaking an extensive refit in 2009, her interior was completely refreshed by the team at Patrick Knowles Designs.

What is on offer?

Built by Dutch shipyard Amels in 2001, the 52 metre superyacht Kiss the Sky features both exterior and interior design from the drawing boards of Terence Disdale Design. Undertaking an extensive refit in 2009, her interior was completely refreshed by the team at Patrick Knowles Designs.

On board she accommodates up to 12 guests over several luxurious staterooms, including a full beam owner’s suite on the main deck as well as two forward VIP cabins and two twin cabins with extra Pullman berths on the lower deck. A crew of 13 are also accommodated for on board. Performance wise she is powered by twin Cummins KTA 38M2 engines, providing her with a top speed of 15.4 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots.

Why do we think this is such a great deal?

Undergoing an extensive refit in 2009 and regularly maintained throughout her lifetime, Kiss the Sky is in turn-key condition. Imperial comment, “Presented in excellent condition, Kiss the Sky is now entering the brokerage market to offer her new owner a yacht that can challenge any new build superyacht in her range, showing that she remains an example to follow in terms of versatility and pure enjoyment.”

Ideal for cruising in both US and Caribbean waters, she comes complete with a range of tenders and toys, including an 18’ Novurania Rescue Tender, two SeaDoo jet ski’s, and three Seabobs.

Where is she right now?

Kiss the Sky is currently located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She will be located near the upcoming edition of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show held from 3rd to 7th November.

Brokerage deal of the week: the 52m Amels superyacht Kiss the Sky

The new service facility of Monaco Marine La Ciotat opened its doors to megayachts at the end of April 2007. Vincent Larroque, director of the shipyard, is proud to report a very active first 9 months of activity, with no less than 25 hauling out, and a very tight schedule for the beginning of 2008.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/123778/image/large-431490642cdacc69b27fc6ca86f7578d.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/123778">The site covers a total area of 35.000 square meters, with 2 200 square meters dedicated to offices and workshops. The 33.000 square meters concrete apron allows to haul out up to fourteen yachts of a size between 40 and 80 meters+. The 2000 ton Yachtlift® is positioned sideways against the quay feeding a large transfer and storage system on rails, giving maximum versatility and speed of operation.
