Part of Ferretti’s Custom Line 112 range, the 34 metre superyacht Helena has been sold, Edmiston announced recently. Completed in 2004, she is the eighth hull in the range and features both exterior and interior design from Zuccon International Project.

On board she accommodates up to 12 guests in a five cabin layout consisting of a large owner’s suite on the main deck in addition to two VIP staterooms and two twin cabins, the latter of which feature extra Pullman berths. Powered by twin MTU 12V 4000 M90 engines, she has a top speed of 28.5 knots, a cruising speed of 25 knots, and a range of 700 nm.

 
	Edmiston represented the seller, whilst Exocet Marine represented the buyer in the deal. At the time of sale, she was listed at an asking price of €3,800,000.

	What is on offer?

	Built by the shipyard Dominator Yachts, Lady Mura is part of the Italian yard’s Dominator 28M series. On board she accommodates up to 10 guests over five luxurious staterooms, including a full beam master suite which is flooded with natural light due to large windows, and features direct access to a private terrace. The remaining guest accommodation consists of two VIP suites, a double and a twin cabin. A crew of six are also accommodated for on board.

	Performance wise, she is powered by two MTU 16V2000 M93 engines which give her a top speed of 25 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots. She has a range of 500 nm.
	 

	Why do we think this is such a good deal?
	 

	Helena features a long list of amenities guaranteed to make any charter experience a special one. In regards to her exterior spaces, her spacious fly-bridge is covered by a hydraulic bimini top, whilst a table, seating area, sunloungers, fully equipped bar, BBQ and flat screen TV making this space the ideal area for relaxation and entertainment. A large al fresco dining table is found on the main deck.
	 

	Amongst her toys and tenders available is a 5 metre tender, a Sea Doo jet ski, wakeboarding and knee boarding equipment, snorkeling gear and fishing gear. Lady Mura has been kept in pristine condition over her lifetime, offering a luxurious charter for her guests.

	Lady Mura is available for charter in the Adriatic Sea, including Croatia, Montenegro and the Mediterranean, at a rate of €55,000 per week during low season, and €65,000 per week during high season (VAT not included).

Charter deal of the week: the 29m Helena

David Seal of Camper &amp; Nicholsons International has announced that his central listing motor yacht Helena has been sold with Nathan Farrelly representing the buyer. The 34 metre superyacht was built by the Custom Line shipyard in 2004 to a design of Zuccon International Project.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/138524/image/large-ccc6f725531fdfb9dfdc6fc820f39770.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/138524">Motor yacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2766" data-legacy="true" href="#managed-by-application">Helena</a> accommodates up to 12 guests in 1 master, 2 double and 2 twin cabins plus two Pullman berths. Among her special features are a sauna room, Jacuzzi and a Harley Davidson V-Rod in the transom garage.At the time of her sale the Custom Line 112 <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2766" data-legacy="true" href="#managed-by-application">Helena</a> had an asking price of € 4,995,000.

Continuing the expansion of Camper and Nicholsons International’s impressive sales fleet, December witnessed the addition of six spectacular yachts. Joining CNI’s listings are the 34.01m (111’58) Helena, the 33m (108’3) Deva, the 32.62m (107’0) Ziacanaia, the 30.7m (100’8) Gaia, the 28.27m (92’8) Sense and the 26.3m (86’3) Seven. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/133563/image/large-f4e7cd49c5aa10cbffffb3c166b0afd0.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/133563">David Seal announced that the 34.01m (111’58) <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2766">Helena</a> had joined the CNI sales fleet in December. Helena was built in 2004 by the AYT Ferrertti Group and has been meticulously maintained. Helena has the asking price of €5,300,000. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/133564/image/large-25e83dfc141b21000a37a668ec560e98.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/133564">David Seal also welcomed the 33m (108’3) Deva to CNI’s listings. <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2800">Deva</a>, built in 2010 by AT Ferrertti Group, has been finished to an excellent standard and has an asking price €7,900,000. Walter Sea welcomed the 32.62m (107’) <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1754">Ziacanaia</a> to CNI’s listings. Built by the AYT Ferrertti Group in 2008, Ziacanaia is finished to the highest standard. Ziacanaia has an asking price of €5,500,000. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/133565/image/large-8b1eb970ac869f6e914fe738ec90e3d7.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/133565">George Bourgoignie welcomed <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/335">Gaia</a>, the 30.7m (100’8) sailing yacht built by Spirit Yachts in 2007. Tim Langmead welcomed the 28.27m (92’8) Sense to the fleet. Built at the Overmarine Mangusta yard in 2007, Sense is in excellent condition and holds an asking price of €5,500,000. Fernando Nicholson and Jordan Waugh welcomed the 26.3m (86’3) Seven to CNI’s listings. The immaculate Seven was built by Cerri in 2006 and has an asking price of €1,995,000.
