The Giorgio Armani Superyacht Regatta 2023 will be returning in June for its 16th edition, held in the glorious waters surrounding Sardinia. Portofino Regate di Primavera 2023 is an invitation-only sailing event filled with some of the best-known Italian boat manufacturers. This video shows that superyacht Mystique, a 50 metre Oceanfast designed by the late Jon Bannenberg, and delivered in 1989, has just been renamed. Her new name is She's a 10. The yacht used to be powered with a jet drive and had a cruising speed of 27 knots, with a top speed of 31 knots. Northrop and Johnson has announced that Mystique has been added to the charter fleet. Luxury motor yacht Mystique is a 50m Oceanfast with interior Design by Steve Mallory and exterior design by the late Jon Bannenberg. Mystique accommodates 10 to 12 guests in luxury and style. Some of CNI’s finest yachts will be making their way from their winter cruising destinations to rendezvous at the 20th annual MYBA Charter Show in Genoa, Italy. From 5 – 9 May, Genoa’s seafront will be lined with a stunning showcase of yachts from the CNI fleet including the 69.65m (228.5’) Sherakhan, the new 54.2m (177.8’) Maraya from CRN, the 43m (141.08’) CD Two, the 43.34m (142.19’) Griff, and the 37m (121.3’) Beverly. World-class awards CNI is delighted that the 56m (183’) Selene from Perini Navi has been short-listed as a finalist in the Best Sailing Yacht in the 45m+ category at the World Superyacht Awards. A favourite in the CNI fleet, Selene was built in collaboration with a CNI broker and, following her launch in 2007, she has become a highly popular charter yacht. Selene will be racing in the Perini Navi Cup in Porto Rotondo later this year. CNI is also pleased to report prolific entries for its Young Designer of the Year Award – one of the divisions of the World Superyacht Awards, due to be hosted in April. A highly technical process, each tour allows the viewer to undertake a complete visit of the selected yacht, while being able to take a 360° look around at any time during the visit. It is even possible to navigate the paths taken, as the virtual visitor takes you through the deck plans, and have oneself guided through thanks to the remote control device. All it takes to view them is Adobe Flash Player, and a little time for the tour to load. Brokerage Recent listings Michael Rafferty of CNI Palm Beach announces several new central agencies including the 39m (129’) Lionshare built in 1998 by Heesen, the 35m (114’) Anne O built in 1994 by Hatteras, the 20m (65’) Lionheart built in 1993 by Tollycraft, the 20m (65’) All’s Well built in 2002 by Horizon Yachts, and the 21.34m (70’) Aladdin built in 1980 by Jongert. John Ciullo from the CNI Fort Lauderdale office announces the 40.25m (132’) Monte Carlo from Amels as a new listing. Georges Bourgoignie of CNI Miami lists the 34.95m (115’) Benetti Symphony, along with two new joint listings with Toby Walker of CNI London for two of the Mirabella fleet – the 40m (130’) Mirabella I and the 41.4m (136’) Mirabella II. Georges also sold the 49.5m (162’) Mystique from Oceanfast. Brokerage portfolio The 2008 edition of the 32-page sales flyer listing all current CNI central agencies for sale is now available. In addition to new listings, it provides an interesting insight into the CNI sales and brokerage world, with information on new yachts currently under construction, as well as comments on the state of the market, and details on additional owner services provided by the CNI yacht management, charter management and crew placement teams. Miami International Boat Show The Miami International Boat Show, held between the 14 – 18 February at the Miami Beach Convention Center, saw CNI displaying recent listings including the 42.6m (139.7’) Emerald Star from CRN, the 29.6m (97’) Gigi from Hargrave, the 24m (80') Dolce Vita II, and the 24m (80’) Lazzara, Leading Lady. Antibes Yacht Show Starting off the summer season in the Mediterranean, the 2nd annual Antibes Yacht Show, from the 17 – 20 April, sees its capacity almost double, with, to date, 10 yachts from the CNI sales fleet exhibiting, including motor yachts 43.34m (142’) Griff from Marinteknik, the 41.6m (136.5’) Ti Voglio Tanto Bene from ISA, the 34.95m (114.6’) Eliza Jean from Benetti, the 30.5m (100’) Albat from Baglietto, the 28.8m (94.5’) Vanilla from Ferretti, the 25.1m (82’) Sedation from Sunseeker, the 22.8m (74’) Hot Chocolate from Kevlar, and the 22m (72’) Caroama from Overmarine. Sailing yachts from the CNI fleet include the 25.3m (83’) Mr Gecko from Wally Yachts, and the 25m (82’) Volador from Royal Huisman. Charter News Expect to see some new names among existing favourites as the CNI charter division welcomes the funky 28m (92’) Mangusta Number Five to the charter fleet. She is a unique yacht with red crocodile-leather sofas, a Hammam in the master bathroom, and a relaxation room with entertainment facilities. Available for charter in the South of France this summer, Number Five accommodates up to seven guests. Available for the first time for charter is the 30m (98’) Dark Shadow from Wally Yachts. A high performance sailing yacht, she comes with a 13.6m (44.6m) wally tender for those not wishing to partake in the serious sailing to be taken ashore. On the other side of the Atlantic, CNI’s Charter Management Division in Fort Lauderdale has also been busy welcoming several new yachts to the fleet including the 39.6m (130’) Lionshare is also available in the East Mediterranean this summer. Built in 1998, she is fresh from an extensive refit and extension and boasts a stunning interior. New Launches The eagerly awaited Amnesia and Maraya, have now been launched to great acclaim. The 196.8’ (60m) Amnesia is chartering in Croatia and southern Italy for the summer, before heading to the Caribbean for winter. The 2007-built 54m (177.82’) Maraya also joins CNI’s charter division in Monaco. She offers the latest innovations in technology along with an abundance of luxurious interior and exterior spaces. Fresh from the yard, she is set to have a highly successful summer charter season in the Mediterranean. On her cruises there, she may well encounter another new yacht in the CNI fleet, the 37m (121’) Beverly, which is launching this spring. The first Benetti with a black hull, Beverly is set to become the black pearl of the Mediterranean. Further afield The 34.1m (112’) Symphony II from Westport will be cruising Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao this summer, whilst back on this side of the Atlantic the 25.7m (84’) Anne Viking from Princess Yachts will be combining charters in Stavanger, the European Capital of Culture 2008, with the Norwegian fjords this summer. Big Aron is just emerging from a new paint refresh in Australia and, sporting her new look, she will be in Queensland and New South Wales for charters this summer. Carl Linné’s round-the-world tour The 32m (106’) Carl Linné has a hectic and exciting charter itinerary over the coming year. From March the sailing yacht will be in Antigua and available for regular charters or whale-watching charters to Dominica. She is then heading north to the Dominican Republic. From early April she will be in the Bahamas for several weeks to observe whales and dolphins. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/124247/image/large-08bb1adc39b2546ab7bd4d61b3da01f9.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/124247">She then cruises to Fort Lauderdale and Nassau until it’s time to make her transatlantic journey for a summer in the Mediterranean. From early June for around ten days she will be preparing for the Rolex Regatta in Sardinia, and in July and August she will again be available for charter, most likely in the eastern Mediterranean. From December she will be back to Antigua and the San Blas islands before leaving for Costa Rica and Panama. In July and August of 2009 she is already planning charters in Alaska. Starting off the winter season in the Caribbean, the Antigua Yacht Charter Meeting, from the 5th – 11th December, was dominated by CNI Central Agency yachts, including the 51.4m (168’) Lazy Z which stormed through the Concourse de Chef, with Emma Rye winning the main chef competition and the Caribbean Coffee competition, whilst the best table setting was awarded to Lazy Z’s Chief Stewardess Madurya Abitol. A triple Crown Winner! <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/123817/image/large-59c366c2c906270f87954a04214e8236.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/123817">The Superyacht Cup Antigua was held between the 12th and 15t December in Antigua. Sponsored by CNI, the race included CNI’s own central agency the 35m (115’) <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1293">Sojana</a>, which stormed through the fleet on the final day to win overall. The third and final race of the Superyacht Cup saw all the yachts finishing within 10 minutes of each other. Brokerage A collection of new listings hit the seas last month at CNI. Fernando Nicholson from CNI Miami announces the 33.48m (110’) Neta Marine <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2003">Shanti</a> as a new listing. This new Turkish Gulet is a beautiful classic design, high quality build. Boasting two master cabins and two further guest cabins, a large deck area for relaxing and entertaining, she is ideal for cruising. Georges Bourgoignie, also from CNI Miami, announces that the 49m (162’) <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2004">Mystique</a> from Oceanfast is available for sale. Built in 1988, and designed by Jon Bannenberg, she is offered for sale for the first time. Well maintained by original crew and owner since her launch, all her systems have been updated with the latest technologies. Craig Erickson announces the 30m (99’) Hargrave <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2006">Katina</a> as a new listing. Built by Hargrave Custom Yachts, she is a spacious and well appointed four stateroom yacht with superb interior areas on deck for entertaining and relaxing. Staying on the US side of the Atlantic, Jim Wallace from CNI Palm Beach announces the completion of a 25m (82’) Trawler, which was full outfitted under direction of CNI and is preparing for a round-the-world-trip in 2008. Jim also announces the signing of a new build project with Abeking &amp; Rasmussen. The vessel will be a new benhmark for yachts in the 60m size range, due for completion in 2010. Bill Sanderson, also of CNI Palm Beach announces the sale of the 31m (103’) Cheoy Lee Blue Sky, along with the sale of the 50m (164’) <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/195">Andale</a>, in collaboration with John Ciullo from the CNI Fort Lauderdale office. On the other side of the Atlantic, Mike Payne of CNi Antibes announces the 25.1m Sedation from Sunseeker as a new listing. A stunning example of this successful Sports Cruiser, Sedation’s spacious accommodation is finished in Cherrywood and features four en suite guest cabins. Mike also announces the unique opportunity to purchase the new build <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/317">Sunrise 45</a> from Sunrise Yachting due for delivery in Spring 2009. The Sunrise 45 comes from the pedigree designs of Paolo Scanu and Franck Darnet, whilst her engineering systems are provided by Valentijn of Holland. With her long range she is capable of transpacific distances but is also suitable for summer coastal cruising. She accommodates 12 guests in absolute luxury. Simon Goldsworthy, of CNI Antibes, and Neil Cheston, of CNI Monaco, have jointly sold the 40m (131’) <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1036">Antares</a> from Royal Huisman in an in-house deal. Simon also announces the sale of the 38.1m (125’) <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1144">Ligaya</a> from Ocean Pacifico. Charter Expect to see some new names among existing favourites as the CNI charter division welcomes four yachts to the fleet. The 43.95m (143’) Heesen <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/293">Sedation</a>, built in 1997, is currently undergoing a complete refit and will be available Summer 08 in the Mediterranean. Another addition to the fleet is the 29.36m (96’) Serenity Now. Debuting at the Antigua Yacht Charter Meeting in December 07, she was built by Westship in 1991 and refit in 2006. She is available for charter in the Virgin Islands and Leeward Islands this winter and Summer 08. The 29.75m (97’) Gigi by Hargrave also joined the US fleet. Built in 2005, she is available in the Bahamas this winter before heading to New England for the Summer season. Also debuting in the Caribbean this winter season is the 26.5m/87’ Monarch II from Johnson. She will be crossing to the Mediterranean for the summer season. Finally, the 24.4m (80’) Dolce Vita from Cantieri Arno is available in the Bahamas this winter before heading to the Med for a summer season.
