Tansu Yachts launched the 38.4-metre superyacht Highlight yesterday. Highlight is the first in the Turkish shipyard’s newly introduced Tigershark platform. The yacht will now undergo sea trials in the Marmara Sea and is expected to be handed over to her owner by the end of March.

The platform offers clients a tested hull, with naval architecture by Diana Yacht Design, on which they can develop their own customised interior plans, that is flexible in regards to layout and styling.

Tansu Yachts launches 38.4m M/Y Highlight

Turkish yacht builder Tansu Yachts have contracted a new 44 metre yacht just ahead of the New Year. The exterior design of the yacht was handled by Tansu with naval architecture and engineering solutions completed by Diana Yacht Design. Construction of the project is expected to commence in March 2016.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157983/image/large-d5f770a590f6a1de2c361dc2489a6f99.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157983">The wood epoxy superyacht, the largest project ever undertaken by Tansu, will be able to accommodate up to 10 guests in four cabins, and is expected to have a top speed of 16 knots. The yard is currently working on 4 new build projects ranging from 38 to 43 metres, based on their already established range of vessels as well as their newly introduced Tigershark platform.By Charl van Rooy

Turkish shipyard Tansu Yachts have reported on the construction of 4 new-build projects currently underway at their yard. These range from 38 to 43 metres, and builds on the success of their already established range of vessels, as well as their newly introduced Tigershark platform.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/156275/image/large-1469134532e47dbaceab693061d707c3.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/156275">The two yachts built on the new Tigershark platform is 38.4m Le Tre Sorelle and the 39.1m Echo-R.
