Jan Jaap Minnema of Frassr Yachts has listed the luxury yacht Teorem for sale. The 44.34 metre <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1386">Teorem</a> was built in Thailand by Universal Yachts Corp. in 1994. She was previously known as Clipper 40, and Nisor, and her exterior lines were drawn by Pekka Koskenkyla. She was built in along the lines of the great classic motor yachts of the 1920's but using the technology and experience of the modern era.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/143664/image/large-cf546a28605a8a04c6c4728aecb1ab6c.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/133451">The yacht underwent a huge refit in 2005 including new engines and generators, among a long list of upgrades. Luxury yacht Teorem offered for sale

In December 2010 we reported a € 700,000 price reduction for superyacht Nisor and now Tassos Papantoniou of Torrance Yachts has announced another price reduction of € 500,000. Another price reduction for superyacht Nisor at Torrance Yachts

Tassos Papantoniou of THT Yachts has announced a price reduction for superyacht Nisor.
