Do you see that the market is stable or growing?Our figures for 2018 concur with the market results. For example, yachts of a certain size, certain builder or age?As per the trend of 30m + yachts mentioned above we see the 30m – 50m sector dominating our market and specifically for quality constructions from Italy and Northern Europe. This is very much a mix in terms of client demographic and yacht size. This includes a number of potential new build projects as well as solid second-hand market activity. The signs are encouraging and we are looking forward to a successful 2019. 40m Heesen Happy T finds new owner

Camper &amp; Nicholsons International have announced two recent sales. CNI’s Alex Lees Buckley announces the sale of the 49.9m (164’) High Chaparral. Built in 2004, she is a fine example of the yachts that give the Feadship yard its excellent reputation, and is one of the most sought after charter yachts on the market. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/132175/image/large-8f3f607ac707a1f77cf609841e4bc2c4.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/132175"><a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/183">High Chaparral</a>'s stunning Disdale interior offers her guests a sense of intimacy and relaxed ease, which continues through her uncluttered deck spaces. Camper &amp; Nicholsons International (CNI) welcome a number of new listings to the books. Mark Hilpern lists the 53.9m (176’) Proteksan Turquoise trawler Leo Fun for sale. Launched earlier this year, she was created by Paolo Caliari with interior design by Jean Guy Verges.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/129263/image/large-5748ceed363a4ab748571f081caa6caa.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/129263"><img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/129264/image/large-160c901daf81eb2175db29654412667a.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/129264">Jeremy Comport announces a couple of new listings including the 47.5m (155’1) <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/352" data-legacy="true" href="#managed-by-application">Lady Dahlia</a> from ISA. Built in 2005, she is a spacious and comfortable superyacht with accommodations for 12 guests. Jeremy also lists the 39.65m (130’1) Mangusta <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1390" data-legacy="true" href="#managed-by-application">Aset</a> for sale. Built in 2007, and with accommodations for 11 guests, she is presented in immaculate condition.CNI’s Mike Payne jointly lists the 43.65m (143’2) Sedation from the Heesen Shipyard. Built in 1997, she is today in as new condition having completed a major refit in 2008.Charles Ehrardt brings four new yachts to join CNI’s listings. The 42.75m (140’3) 2006 built Baglietto <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2251" data-legacy="true" href="#managed-by-application">Annamia</a>; the 42m (137’3) 1991 built Mondomarine <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/231" data-legacy="true" href="#managed-by-application">Trinity II</a>; the 40m (130’6) 2001 Heesen built <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/356" data-legacy="true" href="#managed-by-application">Jangada</a>; and the 25.07m (82’3) Blue Trinity built by Mangusta in 1999. Built in 2004, this Custom 86 from Bugari Custom Yachts was built for cruising in all weather/ ocean conditions. Also in Palma, Jonathan Syrett lists the 25.6m (83’1) Astonda 82 GLX ‘Millenium’ Yaiza. Built in 2000, she boasts every commodity offered on a yacht far in excess of her size.
