Southerly has been designed with a classic interior with rich woods and a large comfortable interior. The yacht is a steel full displacement, 151' (46m) built by Picchiotti in 1982. Jim Eden's sold M/Y Summer Breeze. Summer Breeze was built by Broward in 1994 and is an aluminum semi-displacement hull design allowing her to cruise at 16 knots with a max. speed of 20 knots. She is 114' (34.7m) in length with a 24' (7.3m) beam.
